Gotta say I'm super disappointed in this place. Haven't even been able to try the pizza yet. I've called 3 times now and all 3 times something came up so that they couldn't deliver to me. First time they said they were too busy and they couldn't send out their driver to a house too far away. They said this after I already called in and placed my order. Second time I called they plain said they don't deliver to my house because it's too far (which is fine) but I told them about how I placed an order with them previously. Third time, again they took my order and my credit card info but then couldn't deliver because they became too busy because of a football game. And they wrote down the wrong # so they didn't even call me, I called them an hour and a half after they were supposed to deliver the pizza.
Unbelievably horrible customer service! And every time I ended up talking to the manager who tried to explain their reasoning to me but didn't really seem to care, offered no apology or offered to make up for their mistakes. It's like they just don't want my money. Which is exactly what my wife and I decided on, finally after 3 strikes, they won't get any of our hard earned money.
Sad about it though because I hear their pizza is pretty good. Guess I'll never find out now. And I'm even more pissed because I had to take 4 minutes out of my night to write up this...

Was in the area and had to give Raffaeles a try. The sicilian pizza was a nice change-up from the typical NY style slices. It was crispy on the edges and slightly underbaked in the middle, which made it chewy ava almost creamy with each bite. It was a good thing. The pepperoni itself was fairly standard. I also had a traditional slice with meatball. The sauce on both slices was what made things tasty, but overall neither pizza was the type of experience I'd hype up enough to get someone to visit from another side of the valley or anything. But, if I lived nearby, this could be a regular spot. I was a little let down by the food handling behavior. No one ever wants to see the same guy touching customer credit cards and money go straight from the cash register to touching food. Or see anyone go from touching their face or beard to boxing pizzas or prepping ingredients without washing their hands. I mean, hey—if you're going to have an open kitchen, expect me to watch what you're doing because, when it's not a show to be grossed out by, making pizza is a performance...

Awesome customer service and hands down the BEST Sicilian pizza you are ever going to eat!! It take 45 minutes to an hour to properly cook a Sicilian... .any place who doesn't is not making it right! Raffaele's is not only the best in the entire valley.. it's better than a lot of places in the Bronx and Westchester where I grew up! I order here all the time and they are CONSISTENTLY amazing! This is the truly the best.. you are not going to find anything close to this.. ANYWHERE!!!
