Starbucks — Restaurant in Phoenix

Worst Starbucks location I've ever been to and I've been to a lot. I would give no stars if it was an option. I've been to this Fry's quite a few times before, but I never tried the Starbucks here. I regret it so much. We were going to go to 16th and Bethany for our drinks (best location we've been to), but we figured we'd have better odds of getting a free collectible cup if we went to this one cause not a lot of people would have gone there. We ordered 2 drinks (I went with my step daughter) and we waited over 40 minutes to get one of our drinks. I get that it was busy due to the holiday drinks and free collectible cups, but I've been to extremely busy locations before and I've NEVER waited over 10 minutes for drinks and I've NEVER had a Starbucks worker give so much attitude for absolutely no reason. I was going to get a Java Chip Frappuccino with no whip and extra Java Chips (my usual), but then changed it to a Caramel brulee latte with no whipped cream literally just so I could get the free holiday collectible cup. Not only did she mess up on my drink by putting whipped cream on it even after she repeated "no whip" to me, but I didn't even get my collectible cup. After 40 minutes of waiting I was way too anxious from all the waiting and people around me to ask for it. When telling the worker I asked for no whip she gave me attitude and said "well, I just got here and I have to make all the other drinks before I remake yours". I told her I had been waiting for 30 minutes and she should remake mine first and she just ignored it and went back to doing nothing. We waited another 10 minutes while she just walked around behind the counter with no drinks being made within that 10 minutes after she said "give me a second so I can do my job" or something along those lines. Then the other worker came back from break and she made my drink and my step daughter's drink. It was just ridiculous and unnecessary. We should have left, but we really wanted our drinks and cups and we already paid for them. Never...

I do consider myself a world-class Traveling Man. I've had the pleasure of visiting various locations domestic and internationally and I always find myself longing for a good Cafe. Starbucks is one of my favorite places to frequent and they do have some very nice locations. surprisingly I found one of those good locations here at Fry's Marketplace!

Customer service was absolutely stupendous. Most notably the treatment I received from Starbucks associate ,Madinah, according to her identification badge. Wow! she was quick on her feet while maintaining a conversation very courteous and respectful multitasker. These are trying times and a cup of courtesy goes a long way I say. I stopped in early yesterday afternoon. I had about 20 minutes to kill as I was waiting for the next bus. Issac took my order. He was super nice and knowledgeable about the menu. I actually just got a small coffee and a water. They were running some sort of promotion and the coffee was free! Everyone there was friendly and professional and the place is clean and inviting. Even more impressive, I discovered on my bus ride home that I had left a folder with important documents inside of it there. I called and Issac answered and he found it and they are going to hold onto it until I come back in. I was supposed to go back today, but I have to call them and tell them I'll be in t'morrow morning at 10am instead. Really appreciate them holding onto this for me and I look forward to patronizing this...
