Isaac you made my birthday morning just by being yourself. Very kind and generous. Isaac was able to de-escalate a heated situation like a pro. Quick summary of what occured. Mind you, today is my birthday okay 😆 After getting out of my seat to grab my order, I returned to my seat to find another person around my age, borrowing my charger; without asking. Now had I not needed to use the charger myself, I wouldn't of asked for it back immediately. However, on this occasion I did. Once I asked for my charger back, said person became very defensive and argumentative. Raising his voice and somehow I became a racist in "said persons" view. What!? Im confused just "speaking" on it. Isaac saved the day and was able to de-escalate the disagreement and still provide service to both customers. Winning!!!! Thank you Isaac! Star-Tas-Tic!!! Worst Starbucks ever. I ended up here after going for an early morning bike ride (6am) before the heat kicked in. Well the heat kicked in sooner than I thought and it became 100 degrees quick. I am 6 months pregnant and started getting light headed. (I had already drank all my water I brought with me). Alls I wanted was a cup of water. They denied me water while I was on the verge of passing out. Telling me I had to purchase something in order to get water. (I left my wallet at home considering I didn’t think the bike ride was going to be long).Thankfully a customer had a bottle of water on them that they gave me. I’ve been going here about a year. It’s nice to see good reviews but my experience is different. I mainly deal with the morning shift. There’s a couple of young females (not all of them) that like to run competition on you. You can tell when you trigger someone, you don’t have to do anything, they start to feel insecure and compete by playing weird competitive games with your order or just the whole interaction is cold and rude. I hope these young ladies start to feel mentally better✌🏽🧡 competition is okay for sports but to bring competition to work, to your customers, that’s were we are wrong.
