I ordered from the establishment and online it showed that the chicken fried rice was a different price than when I got there now, it really was no big deal because it was only a few dollars more and I was the only customer in the place but there was a new lady that I’ve never seen before so I was pointing out to her that the price online said this she became very upset and began to yell out at me and tell me about the online price that I saw. The fact that she became very indignant and raised her voice at me, cut me off guard. I reminded her I’m a grown woman and I don’t know who you think you’re yelling at it became escalated for at least 5min or more. I’m very disappointed in how I was treated she even had the nerve to follow me outside to look at my car plates now I could’ve taken this different ways as maybe you’re following me to try and attack me after I already paid $47.00 and left the establishment for more confrontation, which is what she wanted . I had never had an issue here. I’ve been going here for at least four years, but this treatment is totally unacceptable. Her following to me to my car and continuing the argument over two dollars is not acceptable and it was crazy to me or my family and I don’t think I’ll be going back! The elderly couple that worked there were always kind and I even had a relationship with the older woman where we were often talk. I’m still in disbelief. This is the new lady, I took her pic while I was leaving and before she...
Read moreMy new favorite! This will be long. I moved here 4yrs ago. Where I'm from General Tso's chicken was my favorite. After moving to Arizona I had a hard time finding General Tso's chicken that tastes like the ones back home. Even the fried rice wasn't the same. So much so, I gave up on finding good (to me) Chinese food. Last week I had a craving for some good shrimp fried rice. I found Panda Garden and decided to give them a try. Immediately I love the customer service. They greeted me as soon as I walked in, was very kind and answered any questions I had. Being afraid that the General Tso's chicken wouldn't be good, I went with the szechuan chicken, shrimp fried rice and spring roll. I loved it all! The rice brought me back to the fried rice I was used to my whole life. The chicken was so delicious and the spring rolls are larger than I'm accustomed to but they're good. Last night I went back to try the General Tso's chicken (with the same sides as last time) and I was happily surprised that it tastes like what I remember! And like my first time, the customer service is top tier! While I was there a customer came to pick up her order and complimented them on calling her back about her order when she had originally called during their busy time. After I tasted the chicken I immediately added Panda Garden to my favorites on Google maps. Thank you so much and keep up...
Read moreDrove by this place during my lunch and thought Chinese sounds good so I went in to give it a try. When I walked in the lady hurried from behind the counter and rushed over to me like she didn't want me to take another step, then she asked if I've ordered and I said no, so she says here's a to go menu and hands it to me quickly, not even asking if I was dining in or getting it to go. She seemed like she was trying to rush me out. Not a good feeling when your trying to spend money somewhere. Then I get my food and leave and the smell just made me nauseous. But I was really hungry, and still gave it a shot because I didn't have time to stop any where else and I just paid for it. It was the worst Chinese food I have ever had. I took one bite of the chicken and one of the noodles and I had to spit em out I felt like throwing up. The service alone made me decide I'm never going back, then the food was disgusting on top of that. I will never recommend this place to anyone but I will recommend...
