I decided to order again after I had bad experiences in the past. I ordered on line like always, 1 LG pizza with jalapenos and pineapple and I noticed I could only order thin or deep dish, (hand tossed was not an option.) I ordered thin crust. 2nd pizza I ordered was 1 LG pizza thin crust again (as hand tossed was not an option) pepperoni, green peppers, and mushrooms. I received a text message that the order would be ready in 15-20 min. I live less than a mile away and was picking up. A friend went to pick the 2 pizzas up and at first they could not locate my order, but then they said it wasn't ready yet, my friend asked the man/employee at the counter how much longer it would be and the employee said something under his breath and walked away. My friend asked that he come back to the counter and repeat what he said under his breath, but the employee wouldn't. 5 min later another employee came out and handed my friend the order. He got back and I opened them.... The 2 pizzas wasn't even our order! Good grief! He went back to Pizza Hut to pick up our order and the manager was out in front of the store and said "you got the wrong order" My friend said "yes, I am here to pick up my order and return the incorrect order." My friend said he would ask for the rude employee and the manager said "no, don't" He went inside and our order was sitting on the counter. When he got back, the pizza was cold and the thin crust was gross. Never again will I order from Pizza Hut, as there are 3 other pizza companies within a mile of me. I don't understand why our receipt showed the 2 correct pizzas, but in the boxes was something totally different. Whoever is making the pizzas, needs glasses or needs to lay off the weed. Read moreTo start, I ordered my pizza and wings online with curbside pickup. When I got to the store, I called the number to let the staff know had to listen to the automated system rang through and was hung up on. Called again and finally got through was told it would be a few minutes (my name on the queue board said my order was ready) and proceeded to wait for 15 minutes before I called again. Again I was hung up on, called again this time someone picked up the phone (in the kitchen?) and set it down on the counter and I could hear chatter and kitchen noise but no one said hello. At that point I got out of my car (so much for curbside pickup!) and went inside. The kid at the counter denied that the the phone was left off the hook, all while I am holding my phone that was still connected to the call hearing our faint conversation as an echo. This was truly a horrible customer service! I regret leaving a tip as my pizza and wings were luke warm at best sitting around waiting to be brought out the 10 feet to my car! Not...
Read moreIf I can give 0 stars I would. We only chose Pizza Hut because it was the only location opened at that time. I have the app, it did not allow me to change my phone number. We thought it wouldn’t had mattered because we kept checking outside and also obviously gave them our address. The delivery driver called, and since it was an old number. Decided not to deliver to our door. Why is there an option for an address if they’re not going to go to it? They ended up going back to the shop and did not tell us it was canceled. After one hour of waiting, we called and was told by the manager that it is our fault because we didn’t answer the phone. ( well give an option on the app to update phone numbers or maybe actually go to the address given?) . Manger said “ we’re closed now so the order is canceled, we closed at 12am. It is now 12:08, we closed 8 minutes ago.” We will be deleting the app, and never ordering from Pizza Hut again if this is how their service is. We will stick to Hungry Howies ! Thanks...
