An absolute joke! I can't begin to describe the level of disfunction and unprofessionalism I have experienced at this location on multiple trips. You simply cannot write a script this badly. Not only is the staff incompetent but so is the management. I was a district manager for 13 years and if my staff performed this poorly on any occasion I would have fired them straight away. Besides lacking customer service the food leaves much to be desired. Since they opened 7 of the last 10 visits to this location has been rough to put it mildly. My food has either been completely wrong or was of poor quality. On one of the visits I was told that they were out of flour and I needed to wait in the parking lot for 15 mins. There was dozens of cars lined up waiting for their food. After an hour and a half I went back through the drive through and the manager said that the person who had my receipt left the store and she didn't know anything about my order. I couldn't believe it. So I explained everything again and she told me to wait in the parking lot again so I did after another 35 mins went by I went in the drive through again and she said wait what did you order again! I was livid and ultimately I was givin an order that wasn't anything like what we had ordered and I couldn't eat half of it because I am allergic to shell fish so I threw it away and I had to eat the $29 I spent on the order I never got after returning to the store 3 times and waiting hours for. On a different occasion I finally gave up when the 2nd to the last time I went there the girl told me that I could bring my receipt in for a replacement and when I did she said she couldn't help me and to come back a 4th time for resolution. The last time I went there I told them that I wanted to wait for fresh chicken strips to be cooked and I waited for 30 mins in the parking lot and I was told that everything was 100% fresh. When I got home I realized that the soda was not diet sprite but was in fact coke and the chicken strips were tiny I mean real tiny there is more chicken on a nugget than my entire order of 5 piece chicken strips (I took pictures). Additionally I ordered a large Side of mash potatoes and a regular side of macaroni and cheese. The mash potatoes were only about 2/3 full and the Mac & Cheese had LITERALLY 3 spoonfuls in total. Nearly the exact same thing occurred on my previous trip which is why I specifically asked for fresh food and I asked them if they were going to be regular full sized strips or not and I was promised they would be but instead I received tiny little bites that were all breading. It was so shocking and seemed like they did it on purpose. At this point I had still not received a call back from the store manager that I had been trying to reach for a long time and after trying again 10 days before I assumed they didn't care. When I got home on the last occasion I tried to call the store for 15 mins straight but there was no answer so I went back down there again and they had the doors locked and would not come to the door or acknowledge me at all. While the dining room was closed I still saw employees inside and they just ignored me. I was still very hungry and I was again out another $13 without getting what I paid for. After trying to call them from outside the restaurant for another 20 mins I left and went to another restaurant and paid Again and ordered something else to eat so I would no longer be hungry. My district office was in the same plaza as a different Popeyes location and I've eaten there 5 days a week for many years for either lunch or dinner without a single problem. So when they opened this location I thought great there's a store close to my house but it's been a disaster ever since and the attitude you get from them is that they could care less about the customer. Read moreOn Sunday 10/9/16 @ approximately 4:10pm, I went to this Popeyes. I was excited because it is located across the street from my home. When I arrived there was a gentleman and a lady waiting to place their order. There were two female employees at each of the 2 registers but only one was taking orders. The either one stood there as if she wondered what day of the week it was. Behind her were 5 employees and 2 managers. They were all gathered near the side dishes talking. None of them noticed that I and now others were in line waiting to place orders. Also another gentleman walked up and told one of the employees standing around that his drive thru order was missing the macaroni and cheese he paid for. The employee said okay and left. After around 3 minutes a young man approach the cashier who was not taking orders and ask her why. She smiled and said "I'm not supposed to be on the register". Then she giggled as if he was a rock star. He then asked her to step aside and proceeded to take my order but when my order was finished, he neglected to give me a cup for the drink I ordered. I had to wait another minute in order to get someone's attent o n to give me a cup. Next I went to select my drink but found the only option to on available was lemonade. All other selections were not available. Meanwhile, the gentleman with the missing macaroni and cheese had to ask for it a second time. Further, there were an additional 2 employees hanging around the waiting area with her no clear purpose. When my food finally arrived, it was left on the counter with no "thank you" or "do you need anything else"? As I was leaving I saw a table of about 4 employees in the seating area laughing and talking loud. My order was prepared correctly and the food itself was good. Read moreI have been visiting since the day it opened. The first time I went my food took a while to come out but I understood it was new and thought they would get the hang of it, but every time I went back the food still took too long and they were always out of something. Tonight is the last time I'll be visiting the food like always took too long. You order at the drive through and they ask you to park, they'll bring your food out. About ten minutes go by and my husband and I are the only ones there waiting. More cars start arriving, all being told to park. Finally after at least 20 minutes someone comes out gives the food to the first car he sees and goes back. At this point my husband has been ready to ask for our money back but I convince him to wait a little longer. Then more food comes out, not for us though and it's already been 30 Min. Then we realize they gave our food to someone else. The process of getting our money back was even more repugnant. No body cared, we were greeted with attitude straight from the manager it seemed. My husband lost his last drop of patience when the manager kept complaining between her teeth and on top of that refused to give him his debit card back, offered to take our license plate instead. Sorry for the long post but rest assure I'm wont be back to find out if that place gets any better.Good luck...
