I am very disappointed at this location. I made an online order for curbside pickup last Thursday January 16th. I waited after checking in for 40 minutes and my food was not out. I proceeded to go inside the restaurant and inquire about my order. The lady upfront apologized because their machine apparently was not working and was not notified there was an order, but she was able to find it and had it ready for me. When I arrived home, I notice my fries were missing so I had called for a refund or to come get them. She transferred me to the manager, and he introduced himself as Chris the manager. I let him know about the situation, how I waited for 40 minutes, and then they forgot my fries. He apologized for the inconvenience and as a courtesy he offered to provide the entire order for free for any day I decided to go back. He said just to give my name and number. I was surprised and repeated what he said for clarification and he said “correct, the entire order as a courtesy” I then came to the restaurant 5 days later and they only gave me my fries and said they couldn’t locate the message or Chris regarding what I told them. So they said sorry you only get the fries. Then some other random lady with long blondish hair and glasses, came and said “ spoke to Chris and he said he never said the entire order, he said only the fries”. I tried to repeat again what I spoke over the phone with him and she said “please let me talk, like I said, there is nothing in recovery only for fries” with a smirk on her face. Very rude and unprofessional. She also gave my scenario information to another set of customers thinking they were me. The lady walked out with fries also, and then another team member told her, “it was her” pointing at me so she called me up realizing she messed up with the other guests. If they were only planning on giving me fries, I would have preferred a refund! My children were excited to eat Canes again today, I didn’t make dinner for after school as we were planning canes for dinner, so I had NO CHOICE but to purchase my order all over again because either 1. Chris couldn’t honor the end of his deal or yet keep his word or give me false information or 2. The staff really didn’t attempt to call him. I for sure know what he said, and now feel stupid for showing up saying what he said! The moment of shame he made me go through will cause me to never return to this location...
Read moreSo I live really close by and when this raising Cane's opened up I was a regular for a good minute and the food was always on point with the crispy chicken the freshly toasted and buttered bread(x2 I personally don't like slaw so I replace it with an extra Bread) and the fries always freshly fried and the sauce sets it all off well that was until I moved to Glendale, despite moving to Glendale this raising Cane's remines closest to me so I continue to come here just not as often as I use to for example this is my 2nd visit in the last 3 months and I always order from the drive thru by the way but I digress, again, as I mentioned, this is my SECONED visit in THREE MONTHS and these 2 last visits weren't up to par like before, no it was quite disappointing to the point to where I just set my (basically full) plate to the side after a few bites of fries and some bread and wait for my dog to find it and we eventually allow him to enjoy it since I just couldn't. Think about it, 2 visits in 3 months is quite a stretch right? And you would think that serving cold soggy fries and literally old bread so old you can taste it as well as see it and 3 small chicken tenders was probably a one time mistake maybe they had no choice so they only did what they could at the moment or whatever but to get it twice in that amount of time between visits is ridiculous the bread is literally so nasty like Come on you really haven't gotten any new bread and you're still serving that same old nasty batch from months ago? Na, im good on this place I'll relocate to McDowell and 51st ave from now on. Thanks but no thanks. ...

I had already ordered and a blue camry big girl driving decided to ruin everyone’s place and cuts me in line when it goes every other one. Now everyone behind us orders are out of place not to mention really late. Before her the orders came out quick. The female working was already rude from the start. She was a big Latina as well. She charged my friend extra and just had a terrible customer service tone. I said thank you I was nice after the female in front of us. They ask for food back which is weird never heard of that. That employee gets smart by saying after that. My passenger tells her something and she jumps off the handle yelling back and forth in front of her manager. I cannot with females this generation anymore. The order was incorrect still I asked for a sweet tea and lemonade, didn’t get the lemonade or straws. No matter how rude the customer is the employee always always needs to have manners and exceptional customer service but not here. I work in the customer service field I understand everything but what she said exactly and how she said it she deserves to be fired. I’ve never seen anything like that. I was extremely nice, no tone, thank you please and still get disrespected. All those people working at that time for 15 an hour and they still messed up orders and aren’t quick with them.
