Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers — Restaurant in Phoenix

Went drive thru... no cars at the ordering area and 3 teens to rske orders..all talking to each other, ignored me for about a minute until one pointed at me (6 ft away) and one "remembered" they were working...then I pulled up to the window...2 more teens standing and talking for 5 min, 2 cars in front of me (1 in each lane) .. my order comes out after 7 min but not the cars in front of me so I can't leave... car directly in front of me get their drinks but sends back assuming they are incorrect..3 more MI as the teens keep gossiping then a bag of food to the car in front of me... again food is sent back...3 more min teens gossiping and I'm just sitting in the car with my order waiting to leave.. Two orders come out and go to cars behind me...nothing to the two cars in front of me... 2 min later finally a third delivery to the car in front and its wrong again...finally 3 more min (so over 10 min now juat sitting in my car ready to go) and one teen goes to car directly in front and asks them to pull into a parking space so we can leave...finally I can leave.... food is decent but overpriced and while I'm glad they are giving teens summer jobs they realllly need a good manager to make the...

Food is always good and super fresh but me and my boyfriend go in there about a couple times a week always between the times of eight and 12 PM and it’s happened more than one time where we’ve gone through the drive-through and there’s always cashiers in the drive-through and they’re always females they’re always super rude. They always have an attitude Every time they get our order wrong. They roll their eyes at us and when I tell them have a nice day they just slammed the window on us. There was actually a time where the girl just completely ignored me when I had asked for ketchup and last night January 21 at approximately 10:30 PM. There was a darker skin girl who was working in the drive-through and I had told Her I wanted a sweet tea and a Diet Coke so when I got to the window, she had actually given me a Dr Pepper and I told her I Had ordered a sweet tea and she just looked at me and rolled her eyes and took the soda back So at the end of the interaction, when I told her, I have a nice day, she ignored me and enclose the window on me It’s almost every time that I go there and they ruined the whole experience because they act out a line and just rude but the food’s great don’t...

Amairani has terrible customer service and she shouldn’t t be at the window will not be going back to this location ! Waste of money ! She slammed the door in my face ! Didn’t greet me while working the window ! She rudely ask me what’s the name of the order! My kids love canes and I’m use to friendly greetings at canes ! This young lady is very rude ! After she didn’t greet me I told her she should learn to be nicer working customer service she slammed the sliding door then started talking with her coworkers like as if she was mocking me ! Then she gave me my food rudely again and I ask for kitchen she gave it to me and mumbled under her breath cursing at me ! I demanded to speak with the manager and at first she refused to have him come to the window I asked her multiple times then finally she got him while I was letting the manager know how she was acting she was behind him laughing like a kid as if I can tell the manager but he’s not going do anything about it !
