Please and never come to this Rally’s. I was out door dashing and came through the drive through to pick up an order for a customer. The order that I received was a large drink and a bag of food. I dropped the order off to the customer but customer informed me that they forgot her small chocolate shake I went back to the restraint to get the small chocolate shake that they forgot to give me and the lady at the drive through argued with me that she gave me the chocolate shake like she was insinuating that I was lieing and I stole from the customer. I told her politely that no she did not give me the shake and I only revived a large drink but no shake she still proceeded to argue that she gave me the shake. I was not arguing with her. I reported her and the business to door dash the funny thing is I took a picyure using the door dash app of the order that I picked up and door dash can confirm in the picture there was no chocolate shake. Management you need to train your employees to stop arguing with customers. I will never eat here as a customer and I will never acccept and order from this...

Please if you eat here make sure your food is fresh and warm. I had ordered the Beufard #1 Double on Saturday December 3rd and noticed my bun was very hard and cold. I was hungry so I dove into it and that's when I realized the mayo had an odd taste and the onion tasted old. I've ordered here at least a dozen times and didn't have issues besides the buns not being warm. I then decided to take the bun top off entirely to eat just the meat and cheese. I had the impression the burger was one made and left waiting possibly a pickup order because there was no wait at all. As a result I got really sick Saturday night and was terrible all Sunday and Monday. It's Wednesday now and I finally feel better. Just please make sure the mayo is kept cold and the buns, onions are fresh and don't let food sit for more than 8-10 minutes if mayo is included because people can get very sick. I love the fries and place but will take awhile to go back. If I do I will get my food plain with no mayo...

I have gone here six times in the last month with a mix of online and drive-thru ordering. FIVE of those six times my order was wrong. When you order three items and all three are incorrect it makes you realize the mcdonalds next door isn't that bad on order accuracy. This isn't growing pains. This is inattentiveness. The staff is all nice and pleasant. In all the interactions I haven't seen a single problem and they are all very helpful. Of course they are willing to fix the problem when asked but I don't want to have to open my bag, pull out the food, peel off the bun to see if all my patties I paid for are there or not! I waited to write a review like this, especially in this economic climate, but a 30% accuracy rate is bad. I hope whoever the franchise owner is gets their ship in shape or...
