I want to start by saying that my husband brought these donuts home today. I ate them within two hours of them being brought home. Visually the box presents well. It’s thick and sturdy and visually appealing. Somewhat reminiscence of a Crumbl cookie box. You want to open it and see the beautiful desserts. But upon opening it that’s when I was disappointed. The visual appearance of the donuts isn’t great. And then you’re like OK, maybe their artisan style and that’s what’s fun about them is that they’re quirky. But then you try it and you’re like ugh. So I took a bite out of a few different donuts. The lemon one was OK. The filled one was OK. The glazed one was not that great. I’d say in the world of donuts, Dunkin’ Donuts tastes way better. That is not a compliment. Bosa donuts is far superior. I took a bite and then threw away the rest of the piece that I had. It wasn’t worth the calories. Some of the donuts were pretty like the pink glazed with sprinkles. But the chocolate glaze looks really weird on the twist. It kind of looks like hard dip for ice cream… I didn’t try it so maybe it’s D’licious. But the three bites of the three different types told me to stop. I gave them three stars because the box was pretty. They obviously taken time to make the donuts look as nice as they could. I didn’t buy them or visit the location so I really don’t know how the service atmosphere rank so I didn’t put it low.

This place has gotten it together since the first day they opened. Central Phoenix is brutal towards any new business that opens in this corridor and is they aren't perfect, they get ripped to shreds. I believe they will do a great job! My goal is to try every kind of donut they have: - Red Velvet was delicious with the icing - Double chocolate was nothing to write home about -S'mores Raised was delicious - Cookie Crumble Raised was so dang yummy - Some flaky square with a hole in it is one of the best donuts ever - The rounds are perfect & something I'll probably always get -Churro Raised is also one of the best I ever had. All in all, I'm giving this so the benefit of the doubt because they're new but to survive in central Phoenix, speedy and quality customer service with a quality product will ensure their longevity- especially if they aren't even making the donuts on site- there's no reason for them to be lacking in the other departments. Best of luck, Randy's!

Alright coming from someone who grew up with Randy’s Donuts in Los Angeles let’s clear some things up: They’re not world famous for glazed donuts.. they’re world famous for their variety and taste. If you go to Randy’s in LA the drive through can always be a bit of a wait… we’ve been to this Phoenix location 3 times and we park and go in to grab our donuts and we’re in and out in less than 5 minutes. Honestly just get out of your car and walk in don’t be lazy. Those things aside they have great donuts reminiscent of their original LA location. The fact that people are leaving 1 star reviews for having to wait in the drive through is bewildering. Prices are similar to their LA location, it’s by far not the cheapest but it’s a fair price. All in all I will continue to frequent Randy’s.

I went there twice to try the donuts, best donut in my opinion is the s’mores. The location is very inconvenient due to the parking and the turning lane restrictions, there’s two lanes one for the drive through and one for parking however the lane to drive to the back is on the sidewalk so if the drive through lane is too long there’s no way of driving to the back unless you have a big truck or taking the chance of damaging your car. The service wasn’t great, the first time we were there we got a dozen and the lady packing the donuts was having a hard time counting she was literally counting with her fingers. Second time we were there we ordered a drink waited about 5-10min and the guys in the back were taking their time to make one drink, then the guy who took our order was handing me the drink and as I reached to grab it he took it back and was trying to give it to a lady who was waiting for a coffee. She had to tell him it wasn’t hers for him to give it to me like he didn’t believe it was mine. He didn’t even apologize, that was rude. There was one other gentleman packing some donuts and his chain was touching the donuts and his sleeve was all over the donuts as well, that seemed very...

spent 14 min in line took our order & cashed out in less than 5 min..... and expect 30% 20% 15% tip ???? for less than 5 min of your time but nearly 20 min of my time for a couple of donuts??? 4.00 for 5min = $48 an hr??? 2.67 for 5 min =$32.04 an hr?? 2.00 for 5 min =$24.00 an hr?? is this so you only have to pay tipped hourly wage?? at your $$ for tasty donuts ??? and 16 cents an oz for a plain coffee 2oz-3oz of 20oz should pay for bev & cup ???

just an old man living on SS$ which based on 40 hr/ week adds up to only @ $12 hr thus our need for treat is very limited and treated only after traveling to Drs office near you which cost 2 hrs of our monthly income and 1 hr of monthly income for you... sorry no tip for your 5 min of smiling help..... ps....did work 30 years feeding folks so lived that life..... ;-) keep up great tastes but get logical on tip request for a very short service time especially when wait for service is 75% of our time there :-(

thankyou. 🌵🎅🌵 might know....about 5 trays were down to 1 choice....several others 3-4 choices must have been...
