The food here is absolutely phenomenal! Got the surf and turf pho, spring rolls, and other appetizers. Which we had shared (SHARED KEY NOTE** SHARED) I recommend getting the firecracker shrimp and the shaking beef. Although the service was okay...when my family and I first walked in we weren't greeted or anything (that's fine we'll live). We had a party of 5 which included 3 adults, a 9 yr old, and 3 yr old toddler. We sat down pushed together 2 tables (we asked if that was okay, it was.) Our server came around ordered our drinks. We finally ordered our food. The server had placed our shaking beef at the end of the table ready to fall and a hot plate in front of said 3 yr old toddler : ) and rarely came around to ask if we wanted refills. Later on a couple had came in and ordered a large bowl of PHO with the same server, he had asked them if they wanted an extra bowl a ladle so they can share. So, we had asked him if we could get that too since we were sharing. When we asked it seemed like we were bothering him, oh well...? We had to constantly had to call him over and to provide the basics like refills, extra napkins, and dishes to be taken away. So, when the bill comes there is an already added tip to our party of 5 or more. Now in my opinion the 3 yr shouldn't have even counted she probably ate like 1 shrimp, 1 piece of beef, and a lot of rice. So whatever can't argue with that, then he comes around to hand me my receipt and tells me I can add an "additional tip" on top of the $26 already added. Did I add the tip? No. Most likely I won't inside probably just get food to go. Great...

Where to start.... First off the service we received was friendly but that is where the goodness of this review ends! we ordered items to go, I ordered the "large" Pho soup, they give you a small container with the broth and a clam shell container with the items for your soup, where are you supposed to mix the two together??!! I could only fit about a third of the noodles and most of the other items in the small container with the broth but still needed to remove some of the broth to get that to fit??!!! you would think it's soup to go, you have the proper containers for people picking up food for lunch to eat at their desk, I don't know about you but I do not stock a large pho soup bowl at my desk for just such an occasion. the cost, WAY WAY WAY over priced for what you get!!!! I added mushrooms (about 4 slices) and asparagus (several end pieces, not even the tips) and the charges me an extra $3.00 for that??!! Can you say RIP OFF??!! I paid over $17.00 for a bowl of PHO with chicken and some added veggies.....WOW, that is CRAZINESS!!! my friend that was with me ordered an item from the dinner menu that cost over $20.00 and the amount of food that he received was a JOKE! it was less than a cup of meat for over $20.00???!! here again can you say RIP OFF??!! Needless to say we will never go back to this place! If you want WAY over priced, tasteless, very small portions and no way to mix your Pho together to eat it then by all means head on over.....very very...

Leaving a four star review because I know firsthand how hard it is to keep a business afloat in this economy, but really I'd feel like leaving a one star review. Reasons are that: 1- when we came in, there were only another two customers and yet the server never came to refill our drinks even once 2- I was served a meat dish that was a crappy small portion and the meat was shriveled up and not juicy at all, it wasn't very tasty (perhaps work on your lemongrass chicken recipe to improve it) 3- this was my first time at a Vietnamese restaurant where I wasn't given a little salad or little side dishes with the meal, it left me thinking they're stingy with ingredients which isn't a good look 4- the food I was served was clearly the kind that you would need to cut with a knife but I wasn't given a knife, I didn't bother asking for one because the poor server was rushing to eat his own lunch in a corner and I wasn't going to bother him 5- the food to price ratio didn't leave us feeling like it was worth it Overall, we won't be coming back but a few things that the owner should work on would be: hiring a better cook or changing the recipes a little to make the food tastier, instructing servers to always bring a knife with meat dishes and to monitor if customers have enough to drink, and I think adding a little salad or side dishes along with the food wouldn't hurt the budget immensely but would better your...

Unfortunately it is a no for me because basically I came here with my fiance because she had a good day at work and she doesn't work on Fridays so Thursdays are like her Friday nights so anyway we came here for the pho but did not check the menu first so we were really surprised by how expensive everything was when we got there and so the pho broth tasted like chicken stock and the lemongrass chicken was like an Asian chicken piccata it even had parmesan cheese on it which was really weird I don't know why people are putting cheese where it doesn't belong as if they are Korean just read my other review about dorado my goodness so back to the lemongrass chicken it was so salty and drowned in sauce and the chicken instead was dry I cannot recommend this place in fact I wish for my money back because it was so stinking expensive Oh by the way I forgot to mention the outdoor seats are kind of like a strange foam and they kept falling over which was not very comfortable so maybe try sitting inside if you want to be comfortable while you eat also it won't be so hot but maybe you are from here and are ok with the heat

Fresh rolls are wrapped in rice paper with rice vermicelli, lettuce, and cucumber, and are very large and so good!! Chicken Spring Roll (rilled chicken, mint, sprouts, Thai basil; with peanut hoisin sauce) - so good! Fresh cooked chicken, and good portion size. Sauce was very much needed, coz it was plain without it. Fire Cracker Shrimp Roll (Shrimp Tempura, mango, avocado, cilantro, spicy aioli; with miso ginger sauce) - SO FREAKING GOOD! Not even kidding, I could ask for 5 of just this. Good balance of spicy and crispy and good amount of filling and just the perfect spring roll. Spicy Asian Spring Roll (lobster meat, tempura shrimp, jalapeno, mango, sriracha! with Asian pesto sauce) was not good. The lobster and shrimp combination, we were not a fan of. Husband and I both had high expectations, but this was just straight up "weird". Phat Buddha Spring Roll (tempura asparagus, tempura shiitake mushroom, cream cheese, basil, mint, and mango) was surprisingly good! Mango and cream cheese and asparagus. Who would have thought?! We both loved this one. Went perfect with the peanut sauce.

This is a bit of a challenging review for me. On the one hand, the beef pho I ordered was very good. It was also very reasonably priced but that's because I happened to be there during their Saturday window when pho is half price. For $6.50 it was a great bowl of pho. The broth was excellent. I'm not sure if I'd be quite as happy with it if it was twice the price. Then there is my daughter's meal. She ordered a chicken dish. The flavor of the sauce was excellent but the chicken was overcooked and had turned a but dry and tough. Her entre was $17 or so and was definitely not worth that much. If I review just the experience with my Pho it would be 5 stars but my daughter's was more like 2 to 3 stars. The staff was nice and did a good job with the service so I'm splitting the difference and giving 4 stars.
