Small park, just south of Safeway (currently open from 6am-10pm), with two(2) ramadas, a basketball court and kid play area-- next to a remedial school (Genesis). Only open from 7:30am-7:30pm. Be sure to use the restroom before you get there and bring plenty of water with you; as there are no restrooms and the drinking fountains do not work that well. Not many trees for shade and the kid play area is sparsely covered-- be careful to check that the equipment is not to hot for the little one(s). McDonald's is just down the street, east of the park. Unfortunately, they do not offer a playplace nor do they have any charging stations to recharge...

Although I feel very sad about the homeless I would be afraid to take my children there at that time considering I believe a lot of them were under the influence of substances. I will say that this is not...
