You order with a QR code, which at first seems like it should work fine. We sat and ordered 2 waters, a vodka cranberry and a double shot of vodka with a sprite. We got a vodka and whiskey that the bar tender brought us and even called a vodka cranberry (How do you confuse these two?!) a single shot of vodka, no sprite and no water. So we wait for the water and plan on pointing out the whiskey/vodka issue. And we wait, and we wait… no water. Our food comes, which was good for what it is and I ask for ketchup and, again, 2 waters. She brings the ketchup, no waters. About 5 minutes later we see the girl that brought our food and ketchup carrying some water, skipping us and to another table. She passed by and told us someone else would be out with out water. 5 minutes later we decided to just add a couple waters on the ordering app along with a double shot of vodka. So now we’ve asked for water 3 times and we have been sitting down for 40 minutes. Luckily we had awhile for our flight. 10 minutes after our 3rd water order, the bartender comes out to ask my husband about his vodka order, since he asked for lime. He confirms he wants a lime with his vodka and she comes back with tequila, cause samesies, I guess? Oh, but no water, again. At this point we are blown away by the lack of any type of service or anything for that matter. It was ridiculous and we just paid and walked out. Absolutely mind blowing how it was that bad. It wasn’t for lack of staffing. There were plenty of people standing around talking and playing on their phones. Just bad service overall or maybe bad organization with as many people as they had...

This restaurant was an absolute disappointment. From the start, there was confusion among the staff just to get me seated, which took longer than it should have. I specifically asked the hostess how long my order would take since I had a flight to catch, and I was reassured it would be ready within 15-20 minutes. That, unfortunately, was far from reality.

After being seated, I waited an additional 10 minutes before a server finally approached me. She was rude and seemed indifferent, which set the tone for the rest of the experience. Despite placing a simple order, 30 minutes passed with no food in sight. Concerned about my flight, I approached the server to check on the status, only to be told the chicken for my salad was still cooking. When I asked how much longer it would take, she couldn't provide an answer.

At that point, I canceled my order and left for my gate, feeling thoroughly frustrated. This restaurant clearly suffers from poor management and an unprofessional staff. If you have an hour and a half to waste and don't mind being treated with indifference, this might be the place for you. Otherwise, I’d recommend...

Came here for breakfast and sat at the bar. The kind waitress looked very overwhelmed as she was filling in for the bartender. She wasn’t trained in the bar, so any mixed drinks were on hold. We ordered two double plays which came cold. I couldn’t eat my eggs because of how cold they were. They don’t have very many beers to choose from. Breakfast was $50 for two simple breakfast meals and two 16oz draft beers. I love San Tan in Chandler, but this experience did not live up to the expectation in the slightest. My fiancé and I came back for dinner (we had a 15 hour layover) to see if the food was better. We showed up at 6:30 and were told that from that point onward they only serve wings and fries. We were seated and I asked for a beer menu. We were handed an outdated beer list and we ended up ordering beer that was no longer available. The server came back and said our choice of sauce for our wings was out of stock and then in-passing, he mumbled that they close at 7PM. I was confused as the sign said they close at 11PM. NOPE! They close at 7PM. We decided to eat somewhere else. I won’t...

Yum! I had an unusual amount of time to kill so I decided to grab a bite but I wanted a beer. The first place after the bridge in Terminal 3 is The Tavern, but their tap looked really limited so I decided to explore the rest of the terminal. SanTan was the next option for a beer so I stopped. The service was fast and friendly. I ordered the Mr. Pineapple and thoroughly enjoyed that. I was deciding between Mac + Cheese or Fish and Chips. My server said the fish and chips was the way to go and she did not lead me astray! I don't usually go for the breading in fish and chips and I ate all of this (notice how it's missing from the picture)!! The coleslaw (also missing) and fries were also delicious. The window seats have a stunning view of South Mountain. It was a great way to pass extra time and I'll likely make time to stop by next time I fly through Terminal 3!

Long wait for service which was not rude but certainly not friendly. Over priced bar food. The beer cheese is very much out of balance leaving the taste of musty socks in your mouth. The soggy nachos resembled milk-soaked cornflakes (hint if you mix these ingredients in this fashion you need thicker chips). Overall this is a place where nothing is standard. Even the fries are battered. This would be great for an in-town eatery but at the airport you should have something standard; you can't even get a standard cheeseburger. At this advanced price point we are forced to compare the food to much more upscale eateries that do it so much better. Not a good choice for an airport, or Sky Harbor, due to the slow, and disappointing service and the affected menu items that are not done properly.
