. I placed a mobile order at 2735 S 99th Ave suite. The order said it would be ready at 8:40. We arrived at the time and saw another man go up to the door and it was locked. We then got worried and walked up thinking they were only doing the mobile orders but it wouldn’t open. The sign was completely on and said open. We knocked and the worker was cleaning and ignored us. We knocked again and the worker looked at me with disgust that I was even asking for help. I have never been so disrespected in my life. He refused to open the door or even speak to us. We then called the store and another worker answered. His name was Andrew and he told us we would not get a refund and that they didn’t even know how to issue one. We asked for their names and it was Angel and Andrew. We understand for security to not open the door but they completely shut the store down. Mobile order should not be left on if the workers can not do it. This location doesn’t close til 9:00pm this is so unacceptable. They were rude and didn’t even have the decency to say sorry for the inconvenience or even to come back in the morning. They disregarded us completely and made us feel like a burden for even ordering. On the door was a single piece of paper saying closed that was handwritten.I’m extremely upset by this experience . There was also no manager in sight and these two teen boys decided to close the store with no care for the customers...
Read moreI walked into this Subway with my husband and child happy. We all walked out stressed and annoyed. Also, mind you I work for another Subway. I know they all run differently but not really.
Food: Well I brought a coupon in with that expires 10.10.24. And she refused to use it. Even though.... all Subway coupons have the same codes for their deals. Her reasoning the 9.12.24 coupons are out. I had those ones at home but used the new ones. Well nope she refused it. We walked out without any sandwhiches and went to another Subway, that guess what... SCANNED AND USED THE COUPON.... INSANE....
Even though I know there's a button she couldve just pressed to give the discount as well...
For the service: She was honestly just trying to be rude. And I come into this Subway a lot. My mom lives close and this lady she is never nice, never happy, always rude and she doesn't know how to make the sandwhiches. Next time i go in ill be getting her name and updating this review. I hope she gets necessary training or quits her job if shes so miserable in her customer service job that shes just rude all the time...
Other than that, the lobby was clean, the line looked messy but it wa ok. Again I walked out without food over her pettiness or high power wanna be feeling idk idc. The other Subway I went to down the way was delicious tho! Hope she gets better and changes...

I tried to calI 4 separate times phone just rang. went in 4 people in line I took a seat since I placed my order already. After the line went thru one of them asked me if I was there for a app order I said yes we confirmed which at that time she said she was getting ready to call they are out of a certain bread (not a problem we selected a different. The other person that was there decided to handle a phone call right at the sun making station, on speaker loud as can be. I ordered 6 footlongs. The one on the phone starts helping one handed while on the phone. They are both going back and forth from sand which to computer, one on a cell phone and not once did gloves get changed . This isnt the first time I watched this happen at the location. I'm not sure if management is lacking proper training or doesnt require a food handlers card but, touching your cellphone and or computer then my food with the same glove is just as gross as...
