We ordered a round wood table, a large armoire and a hood for a range fan. The table and armoire were based upon models in the showroom but we made many modifications such as to size, hardware, type of wood, configuration of shelves and drawers. The range hood was built from scratch from our ideas and those of Vinny from the Furniture Ranch. Vinny was very artistic in sketching each idea we had. It gave us a good feel for how the pieces would turn out. We provided a sample of the kitchen cupboards and the new pieces were stained to match. The only modification we paid extra for, and it was modest, was the size increase of the armoire. So this is truly custom made as opposed to many other places, which are often less expensive, but much more restrictive in design. We had to wait a while for the pieces but they were done when promised so we were able to plan around that. When we went to have the range hood installed it was obvious that the cabinet company had advised on the wrong measurement and it came down too low, interfering with where the pot filler was to go. We went back to the Furniture Ranch and Vinny had 3 1/2 inches taken off the top of the hood. This involved quite a bit of work as it had to be taken apart, the copper inserts cut and then re-assembled and re-finished. The Furniture Ranch did not charge us anything for this alteration which was required through absolute no fault of their own. When I went to pick up the altered hood Vinny said it looked like it needed another buffing. Once that was done he thought it needed another coat of finish. I gladly waited for a few minutes while he demonstrated the professional pride he takes in the work of the Furniture Ranch. In conclusion, I think this is what you get from the Furniture Ranch. Its not cheap. You have to wait a while. But that's worth it because the work is beautiful, you can pretty much design anything you want and they so evidently take pride...

I can’t say enough about the quality of work and pride they take in their furniture they make... we first bought a home here in Arizona in 13 they made all of our furniture special order to what we needed..we recently bought a new place the moving company said they have never seen such heavy solid furniture. I said I was sorry. They said don’t be they are used to moving cheap furniture that they are afraid to move cause it will break or fall apart they were so impressed with the quality. What business makes sure after years have gone by after building It is concerned about what they built for their client to make sure nothing happens to the pieces? We called to ask how to take it apart for safety Gabe went 3 steps further. He sent his guys to take it apart so the movers didn’t have issues and nothing got broke scratch or damaged. .We will need some things for our new home we won’t even think twice about going any other place to have them made, when a moving company that moves all sorts of furniture says this is the best furniture I’ve ever seen in all my years, you know you got the best. Great experience working with Gabe. The best thing about The Furniture Ranch is that you can literally have them design your furniture ANY way that you want it. As someone that is pretty picky, I had been struggling to find something that I could get excited about at other furniture stores because I didn’t like the quality or I was disappointed by the limited options.
