Wendy's — Restaurant in Phoenix

Watch the charges on your credit card going through this drive-thru. After odd/suspicious actions I pulled away and immediately checked the charges on my statement and the gal ran my card twice for two different charges; the meal and a random $5 amount. I returned and asked the manager about it and she replied that “the system was acting up.” Which would make sense if it was the same amount. However the card would have to swiped twice and keyed in the amount. Speaking to the corporate office, they agreed that it was definitely suspicious. My guess is they’re collectively running credit cards a second time for low dough amounts not being rang up on the registers, tallying up the fraudulent credit receipts at the end of the night and exchanging it for cash from the drawers to keep the...

Every other day the lobby isn’t open for breakfast. I’m a truck driver and need food. Won’t be coming back to this Wendy’s.. Ever.

Well I went back and guess what… I pull up to drive thru window and no one says anything for 2 minutes. I yell at the speaker and ask if they’re open then a voice says yes but I have to wait.. I just asked if they were open and she/he said either wait or leave. All of a sudden I see her coming from FRYS GROCERY STORE with bags walking back into Wendy’s from the back door.

It’s an hispanic or native american female with short hair and a tattoo on her neck. If she wasn’t a female I would’ve slapped her for the disrespect.

Going through the drive-thru feels like a gamble most of the time. Nine times out of ten, my order isn’t right. How hard can it be? I order three items, and only two make it into the bag. I order six, and while I get six, two of them are completely wrong. Who’s running the show? Order a 10-piece chicken nugget with ranch? Don’t even bother expecting the ranch. Walk inside with your toddler to order a plain cheeseburger for a 3-year-old? They’ll ask if you want that as a Dave’s Double or Triple. Seriously? My kid can’t eat that!
