Worst costumer service I have encountered in awhile. Judas the mgr at the time was so rude. Asked to order a chili @ the window because we had a big order and forgot one item. He said I had to get back in line. I did want clarity on why it was so complicated to scoop some chile in a cup I didn’t ask for them to grill something. He gave me attitude. And said it’s policy Before I left I had asked him if everything was in the bag I took his word he said yeah we headed towards freeway to go home and noticed that we were missing 2 of our fries. We drove back if anyone knows that area right now is crowded w/ traffic and construction so it took at least 10 minutes to get back At this point I wanted our money back because the service and Judas attitude. It gets worse than this. He calls one of the gm so he could get permission for a refund he explains it’s the chili lady so already had words about me from the first time I left. He talks to her for at least 5 minutes or more explaining that I wanted a refund. He comes toward me and tells his gm he will be putting her on speaker so I can hear her tell me that she wasn’t going to give me a refund. She explains they do not give refunds and I have to go to the place I purchased my order. So I was like the drive thru she said you bought it in the drive thru and then Judas starts to explain to her it’s the chili lady again. She came through drive thru. So she said ok that I could get my refund back of 60. And some change So the lady at the counter I think her name was Mary she went through our bags and started to trash it all she went through the kids meals and noticed the toys where open and not in the baggy and yes the kids waiting for me in the vehicle had the toys because the kids opened them when we first left the store and they wanted them. So my son offered to buy the toys. The lady(Mary) said we don’t sell them separately and I need them back. I let them know we had them in the car she said I need them back. My son went to get them from the kids and they cried but we did give them back and the lady Mary gave them to a co worker and that coworker gave it to other one and he told the lady for your kids. I had asked the lady for a cooperate number she said she doesn’t know it and they don’t give it out Judas finally was able to get my money out of the register. So as he handed me the money. I asked him for a cooperate number he said we are not cooperate we are a franchise. We ask do you have a number for who ever is in charge of you . He said you can look it up. I asked him so who is in charge of you?He said my gm. ok what is their name and number. Steve and the lady we just talk to about the refund. He didn’t want to give a number out because they can’t I got my refund and started to walk out and I decided to count my money and I realize he now shorted me by a dollar so went back to let him know and he was upset that I noticed and asked me for the change in hand and gave me the dollar and different change. I asked him again for his name because I kept forgetting it with all the sarcastic attitude with him and the lady (Mary)kept giving me. I re asked for his name again and the lady. Then I just asked him to write it down. He dead ass looked at me and spelled his name out J U D AS while he walk away and did not write it down like I asked him too or for his gm name and the lady with him The lady Mary was next to him telling him it’s ok our gm already knows she already knows about this When the workers act like there is no consequences to their actions it pretty much falls on the managers lack of discipline or the manager just doesn’t care about customer satisfaction I hope Wendys cooperate can recorrect this franchise because it gives...
Read moreThe manger in this location is very poorly conducted, she very disrespectful to her employees and doesn't respect hard working individuals Maryann gave me attitude the day of 7/27/22 at 11.47am I went in for a order and asked if it might be ready and was met with her saying I don't know so mind you I asked politely and she was rude and bothered about a different situation and she was only a few feet from the actual computer detailing all order information when I asked how long would it be she processed her tyrannical behavior toward me when I finely had enough I put her in her place by identifying her attitude was very wrong and no human should be treated in such a way and let her know I was a manger in my previous experience and that's not the sort of misconduct to be apart of as the caregiver of this location she should focus on her customer service because it's clearly off and I'm sure she engages often as she avoided to give me her Area Supervisor number or information such as email or any method of contact and met with her pressuring me to accept the survey part of it to share my feedback when I as a Manger know those surveys go right back to person in charge of the store unless escalated through internal resources as to avoid accountability for her behavior I'm writing this in hopes any person in a higher position contact me to share my experience. Read moreDo NOT go to this Wendy's. In Texas, I went to Wendy's 3-4 times a week every single week. I went so much I got to know all the employees by name. I relocated here and went to this Wendy's this morning since it's right across the street. First off, what this place considers a large drink is a medium size drink anywhere else. The so-called large drink here is a joke. Secondly, the container for the baconator fries is smaller than the Wendy's in Texas. Third, the baconator fries had hardly any cheese or bacon on them. It's as if the manager of this store has cut every possible corner to pinch pennies in order to make budget. When you see a store running this way, RUN! I'll never go back to this store again. Apparently I was spoiled by the Wendy's in Texas. Do yourself a favor and go down the street about a block or two and you'll see a Whataburger. Go here instead. They know what it means to have a large drink when you order a large drink. This Wendy's is so disappointing it shouldn't even have the Wendy's logo on the store. They should be called Cheapsakates Burgers or something along those lines. Wendy's corporate should be embarrassed...
