Wingstop — Restaurant in Phoenix

when i arrived it was a little busy (3-4 people in line in front of me, plus what looked like maybe 6 mobile orders on the shelf) by the time i got up to the counter it had already been 10 minutes. the cashier was very nice while taking my order(2 of the new chicken sandwiches and a 2 piece tenders). i pay by card and i’m told it would be 16-20 minutes. no problem i decided to wait in my car because it was getting a little too crowded inside. i wait the full 20 minutes before going back inside. i wait another 10 minutes inside before they call my name. “we don’t have the chicken sandwich. we’re going to have to refund the amount to your card. i’ll be right back.” i’m a little frustrated that the cashier didn’t just call out behind her “hey do we have sandwiches?” so i could have been saved the 40+ minutes of waiting or that they didn’t offer to maybe switch it out for wings or something but hey maybe that’s not wingstop’s policy but to make it even better when he comes back he says “it refunded the full amount so i understand if you don’t want the tenders anymore, but if you do we’re gonna have to run your card again” like i wait 40 minutes and you have the audacity to tell me you understand if i don’t want a TWO PIECE...

Absolutely ridiculous. I ordered my food via Uber eats as pickup at exactly 9:00pm went to the place on my way, stopped at a Quick Trip prior to going to the location arrive at 9:18 just to be told that I would have to wait "10 minutes" nearly 30 pass then when asked when my food going to be ready I am told another 10 minutes while this entire time everyone else i getting their food immediately or within 5 minutes after ordering as walk ins literally every single person that was in there before me got their food served keep in mind I had placed an UBER EATS order (which also only had an order of 14 wings) which means it should have been worked one or even done before I got the location I even saw other people who ordered online just walkin and get their order within seconds worst location I've ever been to workers are rude and only prioritize walk in orders over orders placed which is so backwards just for the...

The lady at the register was rude... after I said my name, paid for my order she screamed my first and last name as If I wasn't in front of her all because i ordered online but added a fry to my order in store. After trying to give me someone else's food and then telling me my order wasn't ready. Then she turns around to hand me my food and tells me it's all there... no ma'am, I just ordered a fry. Like hello. Unorganized and my lemon pepper wings was pure butter, no lemon pepper seasoning at all. Not to mention all my wings weren’t there.. my boneless BBQ no sauce on half, bag leaked in my car because they didn't put wax paper In the styrofoam container before putting my hot mango Habanero wings in the container. It's too many people in this establishment for thing to be unorganized or people to get their food messed...
