Kahu Hawaiian BBQ — Restaurant in Phoenix

So I had a sorta bad experience last night just before closing. I went through the drive thru and ordered a family meal but asked for cold salad in place of the hot cabbage and broccoli, I offered to pay any difference and the lady at the drive thru agreed to substitute, I pay for the meal and check it before completely driving away to find that there are no salads , so I go back through the drive thru and the lady says they did put the cold salad in, they just put it underneath the steaming hot food🤔 Now, first of all who does that? and secondly, why wouldn't the person who made the mistake just make it right and apologize, i nstead of blankly looking back as if I'm in the wrong, and just saying that's how they do things. So I explain to the clueless drive thru lady that by the time I get home with the cold lettuce turned to mush that I'm going to be needing so.e more salad that hasn't been ruined by steaming hot food, and she told me I would have to purchase them, I said fine how much is 2 salads, she tells me it's almost 10 bucks so I decide not to get the salad I originally wanted and drive home upset. That's was last night. Today I called to speak to the manager Katie Valenzuela to give them the opportunity to make it right by offering something for the bad experience, but all I got was hung up on originally, I call back and in a very rushed and unapologetic manner she "apologized" and hung up on me as I was asking for her name, I had to call back again to get that information. This food is soooo good and you get so much for the price I don’t live in Arizona anymore and I’m so sad that I can’t eat this I want it so bad rn guys pls eat here I’m telling you it is the best food you’ll eat my go to is the chicken and beef combo and a side garden salad you’ll have leftovers but you’ll want to eat it all!
