Wingstop — Restaurant in Phoenix

Ordered delivery, and the order was canceled. Was told to call the store, and I did. Talked to the manager and I honestly could not understand anything she was saying, and I dont think she understood me either. What I got from our conversation is that it was stolen by the delivery driver. They offered to remake it but for pick up, she didn't understand that I couldn't pick it up which is why I did delivery. She kept asking when I could pick up even after I told her I can't. Could not provide me an answer about whether I'd be refunded since the first order was canceled, and then she hung up on me. I see other complaints on here about her. How she's still a manager I don't know. After speaking to her I think I understand why the chicken isn't always fully cooked and why we're constantly missing our drinks when we order delivery. Shes probably why the turnover is...

If I could rate a ZERO I would. My boyfriend and I went in to place Order. Let's start off with how they do not wear gloves, how another customer and I where told to wait in our cars as the sign said then sitting there we realized there was alot of customer who got to wait inside. Yesenia who was at the register couldnt manage to give us a receipt so she called the manager freddy. It took about 20 minutes to get one printed let alone or order still hasn't been put in like we thought it did. A name wasn't even asked when we purchased our food . So we where waiting and got asked to wait in our car. I had to go in to tell them we did not want the drinks that been sitting on the counter since we got there then I asked how much longer and come to find out our food still hasn't been made. It's not been 45 minutes!! Again worst...

Okay so the customer service was amazing not too bad. The young man took my order well. But the food was horrible and sadly done with no care. I came in with my daughter and ordered their boneless combo. First the chicken was raw and not cooked all the way. Took a bite of one and chewed on cold meat. I understand they are frozen and just put in on the fryer but dam leave in for a bit longer or at least have the decency to check at least one of the meat. Second I asked for mild sauce and they only gave me a very small portion or not even a portion it was more like a drop. And that watery looking thing on that picture, is oil. I thought it was the sauce too but nope, dipped one of the chicken in that and took a bite of nothing but big oily bite. Please if you guys decide to go here at least check your food...
