Wingstop — Restaurant in Phoenix

We always come to this location, never have a issue but today (7/29/17) as we were ordering my daughters were getting ketchup for their fries and lemons to eat while they waited for the wings & fries and one of the guys literally took the metal tongs from my daughters hand and told my husband " can you tell your daughter not to play with this" in a rude voice, my daughter is 6 yrs old and she ALWAYS gets lemons and ketchup every time we come!! never had a problem so i dont know whats any different from todays visit! I didnt think my kids couldnt get ketchup or lemons lol from a place where we PAID to eat! He acted like they walked in and just started getting with out paying! I gave 3 starts because after that whole ordeal the cashier where very nice and apologized for this rudeness and then they got our order wrong and the girls there very nice and fixed everything amd were just very friendly great customer service, except that rude guy...

Arrived early and was in the a.m. for a lunch/dinner type restuarant. Greeted and was given immediate attention from the host/cashier lol. Order with pleasant conversation and polite gestures. Food arrived fresh and hot. Not much wait time, even with it being they just opened 15 minutes early for me and my wife. Atmosphere was quiet, calm and serene. In this area it is not easy to find a place hidden from the foot traffic. All in together it was a pleasant experience. I would gladly return for a second if not third fourth, etc visit. I recommend this place if your in this area and looking to eat well, stay out of the hustle and bustle of this atmosphere and area. And all in all want to enjoy a alone time and peaceful conversation with whomever it is that you seem to take out. I give this wing stop a four out of five. The 2 Girl managers here are extremely RUDE AND CANNOT FOLLOW THE "WELL DONE" cook time! I've order here 3 times before! Everything was wrong, soggy and had the Bone-in chicken wings tasted raw!! I had asked to re-make them, and Argumentatively She replied "NO!" when someone orders well done, it should be well done!! Oh yeah they also "BANNED" ME FROM ORDERING HERE AGAIN!! my life is over haha.... RUDE, RUDE AND HAVE NO CULINARY ASPIRATIONS WHATSOEVER! I AM A CHEF BY TRADE AND THEY WOULDN'T MAKE IT 5 MINUTES IN A REAL KITCHEN!! I must say the re-made my order last week and it was perfect!! I just don't understand why they even have the option of "Well Done" if they won't serve it well done!! Unless you complain, and waste time, calling, coming back and having me repay for another order "Shaking My Head" Lord Help THESE, Young Generation of Non-compliant, NO work ethics, and extremely RUDE KIDS...
