La Korita Mexican Food — Restaurant in Phoenix

Very angry. Today about 4:00 pm my wife and I decided to grab a bit to eat we usually drive to our favorite place but decided we need to support our community businesses so we went to your restaurant and from the moment we walked thru the door our experience was a nitmare the lady at the counter was the most rudest and unprofessional person I have ever seen we are new here and never ate at a place like this so I started my order 2 beef tacos plain 2 chicken tacos with everything that it comes with so I asked her about the burritos what comes on it and she rolled her eyes and started shouting at me huffing and puffing saying you don't know what you want or what i was confused I said its my first time buying food from here that's why I asked she rolled her eyes and said what else I relaxed and let all that go I was hoping she would at least see that im new to your store but no I asked about the fish tacos do they come with a dinner special beans rice what ever she started getting really really loud in front of my wife and other customers saying sir you have to hurry if you don't know what comes on the food maybe you should eat somewhere else. NOW RIGHT AT THAT POINT I KNEW I WAS NEVER COMING BACK NEVER EVER EVER AND IF I CAN GET SOME COMMUNITY PEOPLE AND TALK A SURVEY OF HOW YOU GUYS TREAT CUSTOMERS THAT COULD potentially Be a customer for life and now I don't know if you care about your business or just to laid back and say hell we could lose that customer because the next one will buy but where I come from customer service means everything to us I have never been treated like this in my life from a business I'm still pissed right now and lm at least being calm because I coulda acted a fool in there and been a real ass because nobody deserves to be treated like that we deserve top customer service no matter how big or small your business is we can make or break you I've seen negative reviews on here and I believe every one of them are true the food was good but didn't enjoy it because of that Lady at the counter hope you don't let her ruin your business it takes alot to run one dealing with all type's of people and the location dont make it easy either but that's not an excuse for embarrassing and being rude to your customers not cool at all so we will not come back at hate that because the food was good was looking forward to trying a item every visit well thanks a lot for letting me know you guys don't give a dam about us but will take our money wow and I know you won't respond to this review I expect that and it gives me more reason too believe you guys don't care at all about customer service now if it was just one person saying this I can believe hey that was just a messed up day but when you get multiple people saying the same thing about your front counter people then you got a problem better fix it because everybody ain't easy going like me but when you just straight out being disrespectful you got a problem so keep on letting her ruin your business how would you like it if its done to you in front...

mexican fast food, they do have a drive thru. it's a 2.9 from me. for reference filiberto's is a 2 and taco bell a 2.5.

I ordered a Carne asada burrito. it has lots of meat, onion, cilantro and rice. they said beans but I'm not seeing much beans. it's $15.19 total for this thing but it's big. the meat is a little chewy for my taste but not bad. it did get a little dry towards the end. mostly because i cant put more salsa on i could use more pico de gallo to add or a milder salsa. the green salsa is pretty spicy, the red too. although the red seems like ketchup with red pepper flakes in it. I'm too scared to try the brown salsa.

the order counter is built for the zombie apocalypse and so it should be since it's ghetto in this area. I wouldnt drive here just for this I just happened to be in the area.

the dining room is simple, somewhat clean with a single tv. the ceiling looks like it has water damage and possibly mold.

I appreciate their effort, I simply can't rate above 3 stars with the burrito being a bit dry and the ceiling looking like it does. I like the lemon slices, tiny salad, roasted pepper and cucumber they garnish the plate with. these alone and spicy salsa put them slightly above taco bell and filiberto's. Just fix your ceiling and add a bit more pico or dont let your ingredients dry out so much...

I recently had the pleasure of dining at La Korita ], and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The first thing that struck me was the cleanliness of the establishment. Every corner of the restaurant was spotless, and the ambiance was both welcoming and vibrant.
