Yin's Chinese Restaurant — Restaurant in Phoenix

I purchased “takeout” beef fried rice, got home expecting a wonderful cuisine feast. Things going well at first, suddenly, then I’m crunching On a hard substance. I’m like, wow! My crown just cracked, oh no... I was chewing on egg shells.

I called immediately (respectfully right) team member answers then I explained and she asked to called me back, she had to check with her manager. What do you need to check with a manager when common sense Tells you, remake the food.

So she calls back, demanding me to bring the food back to get it remade. Granted I totally understand, however, I have to be at work, I informed her this. No common courtesy, she’s basically saying oh well.

Now, I’m heated and disappointed also with offended. I chose to drive and subside this matter. I get to the restaurant and the manager tells me off the back you ask some of the food. Wait-a-min who cares how long it took me to start gobbling on egg shells... I eventually did!

I’m like huh? We have a few words, then he told me to find another restaurant... what! As if things were my fault I initially Just wanted them to make it right and all this fuss and attitude Was simply unprofessional and uncalled for.

I always get takeout..Always friendly and the food is always hot and very good..the only thing I didn't like is that the lunch specials stop at 3pm and I had ordered over the phone at 2:30..I live in the area and I am in a power wheelchair which I go everywhere in.. I was delayed a few minutes and got there to pick up my food at 3:05pm and they would absolutely not give me the lunch special price because it was past 3pm..I told them I ordered the food at 2:30 and was then informed that I would have had to pick it up by 3pm to get the lunch price..keep in mind that I frequently order from here, I'm not a one time customer..and there's a $3.00 difference between lunch and dinner..I was quite upset and very disappointed because I was not able to buy my lunch..$3.00 may not seem like a lot to most people but I'm on disability which does not allow me to be able to get food out very often..I have to budget everything and stick to it and I didn't have the extra $3.00 and because I was 5 minutes past 3pm they waisted the food and...

We decided to give them a try after reading the bad reviews given that there is now a new owner. But we were not expecting a rude lady who was on her phone most of the time and serving food and drinks without washing hands. We went today at around 7pm and she seemed annoyed when we asked to dine in. We ordered sweet and sour chicken and beef with broccoli she served us with to go plates when we specifically asked to dine in. They close at 9pm so I’m not sure why she was mad we asked to dine in at 7pm. Overall, the food is bad but customer service is horrible. We spend $50 and recommend to spend that money elsewhere. As we where leaving my 5 year old said hi twice and she just looked at him and turned the other way. This has been the worst customer service I have ever received at any restaurant I’ve been to. It’s so Sad because we used to visit frequently when there was the old owner who was native to this food and made the best dishes. Now it’s disgusting 🤮 Never...
