Ordered once or twice a month, don't think I'll be going back much if at all after last two visits. Ownership is nice enough, friendly and generally upbeat, and the food is good but pricey (get the same for less at a mom-and-pop - plenty in this area). Lasts two visits: Primos offered $5 hoagies for "National Hoagie Day." This location stopped serving 1 to 1.5 hours before closing. Wasn't able to get there any earlier; got an apology for the inconvenience, nothing more. Decided to give them another shot. Called ahead. When I picked up, guy recognized me, said he was glad to see me back, then apologized saying he knew I was a regular, but he couldn't do anything for me. I can't think of any other business that would not do more for a customer. A rain check, a discount, maybe even a small bag of chips or a drink or something. All in all, it's good food that costs a little more than it should served up by a friendly staff that could stand to go a little but further for...

For a 14 dollar sandwich to be burnt is unacceptable. And you only realize it when you get back to your desk at work, so you can't do anything about it (other than leave this review).
The person making it knows they burnt the chicken and choose to use it to make the sandwich anyways instead of starting over. That's just unacceptable. You know you are taking my money and giving me an inedible sandwich on purpose. You wouldn't be able to eat it yourself. So why serve it to your paying customers, unless you don't really care?
As much as I love primos chicken diablos, I guess I can only get them when I'm driving around Paoli now since this location has wasted my money...

Cannot get an order right to the point I have to not go back. My GF eats pepper turkey but I hate it, so we each get a turkey sandwich, one with cracked pepper and one without. They use Pepper turkey on both even if I specifically ask them not. Even if the order is taken correct, it is obvious the sandwich makers do not have any interest in pulling out (2) types of turkeys for an order. This has happened every time for years, dozens of orders. I am tired of having to drive back just get attitude for a sandwich I already paid for. If (this) Primo does not want to give the customers what they order I cannot recommend going back, there are plenty of awesome sandwich places in Phoenixville that care about...
