Now this may have been my 1st visit to Kellie's, but it will not be my last. The service wad top shelf and the staff extremely friendly, which really makes a difference in the overall experience. I picked Kellie's because 1. I had been craving a Shrimp Po-Boy & 2. I had never ate there. Welp, the Shrimp Po-Boy was served on the proper bread, was well dressed, and just an overall good sandwich, the small order of fries smothered in cheese & gravy, were not only great, but also a real bargain, ad they could have been a meal all on their own... The real star of my meal and a truly pleasant surprise, was the bisque, that just because I always have to try things like this at eateries I've never dined at, I always order a cup/small serving and I knew after the very 1st spoon full, that I should have ordered the largest bowl they had. Not only would I suggest Kellie's, I will be making the hour plus drive down there real soon, to share the experience with my better 1/2 & sistet inlaw.

Folks Kellie's is a real...

Just moved to the area from LA. and only eaten at Kellie's Twice. The first time my Brother in Law found a hair in his roast beef po-boy and we told the young female sever and left hoping something would be done about it. Well, I went yesterday, 3/31/25 and this time I bite into my Philly wrap and you would not believe I bite down on what appeared to be a half of a metal ring of some sort. I calmly called the server over, asked her to stick her hand out and dropped the metal piece into her palm notifying her this was in my sandwich. She headed straight to the kitchen with it. we sat a few minutes longer with no management coming out to investigate. So we left, vowing never to return. Not sure what goes on in the kitchen but to have something like this happen on two separate occasions it must have happened to others as well. Kellie, you have a problem, get to the bottom before the wrong customer and with the right Lawyer does it for you. Thank you for allowing me to speak up For Our and my...

Two stars because of the cashier's customer service and the delicious cookies n cream dessert. The beignet was delicious also. First and last time visitor here today. I purchased the seafood plate with catfish and shrimps. My seafood order was given to me in a smedium(in between small & medium) Styrofoam container. The shrimps are baby shrimps, they're overcooked and they're not deveined(so yes, you're eating shrimp feces). My order came with 2 hush puppies, fries, and 2 small round pieces of bread. No utensils nor condiments came with my order. The salad was in a small Styrofoam cup. Obviously they're concerned about quantity and not quality. Seafood platter way over priced for the CRAPPINESS...

Staff was friendly. I was able to order within minutes despite there being a line when we walked in. Brought the food as it was ready which was nice because it gave me time to eat my onion rings and soup while I waited for my shrink poboy. The homemade onions were really good and paired excellent with their remoulade. The corn and crab bisque was also amazing. The shrimp poboy was good but uneventful. It was loaded with shrimp. I think the next time I'll try that remoulade on the poboy.. Excellent choice if you're in the area.
