If I could give zero I would! The worst experience I have ever had with a contractors order/delivery. Salesmen were very helpful. After that, it was the most incompetent service to date! Driver called me at 6am to leave my 100 pcs of Sheetrock outside in my yard at 6am to beat that severe thunderstorm that went across our state lol my cabinetry and plywood too! I paid $90 for window 10am-2pm my order could have been delivered after storm cleared by 11am! I have the photo how they pulled and stacked my cabinets/birch butcher block countertops on the bottom of a pallet with heavy cabinets on top of them. And wrapped in plastic to ship on flatbed smh they destroyed birch butcher block. Placed the heavest Lazy Susan onto the smaller cabinets. Completely clueless, no type of accountability nor resolution to deliver your materials. Management was even worse! I received a total of $3700 plus refund and much more yet to order for a home restoration project. Manager raised her voice extremely loud! For no reason and I told her; do not yell at me! She got louder and got less than a foot from my face; saying she talks loud! Smh if she would have gotten an inch closer to my face, she would have crossed a line that would not have been pleasant! I have never seen such a volatile individual that should resign! She might yell at her employees, but not me! Angry because she had to issue a full refund and fully at fault! There is much mote âŚbut it will take too much time to type it all!!! Smh

I went to the plumbing department, and after an extensive search of the area, ( beyond the perimeter of plumbing), I was unable to find a single employee. I then searched and eventually found a valve stem that was very similar, but had a few minor differences. Again, I searched for an employee but to no avail. I then went to the front where I met with a cashier, explained my situation and requested to speak with someone from plumbing. âOh, you need to speak to Mikeâ. She called for Mike but no response. âHe was just hereâ, another cashier said. Then a third cashier got involved, but still no Mike. Another employee was then summoned, who never showed up, and after an extensive wait, Mike was finally spotted and brought to the front. Finally, someone that can help, I thought. I showed Mike my old valve assembly along with the new. âCan this one workâ, I asked. âWell, they look the sameâ, Mike says. âNot exactlyâ, I told him and showed him the differences. âOh, well, I donât know anything about that. I work in electronics.â THEN he tells me, just take it home and try it, and if it doesnât work, just bring it back! WTH! We pulled in and as we were getting out of the truck they are closing the gate to the lumber yard. We walked in the front doors and did some shopping in the garden center ( where a couple had been waiting forever to get something out off one of the cages) when we had finished shopping that section and walked to hardware no one had still shown up. In hardware we wandered around, up and down aisles without an associate to be seen... the cashier at the self checkout was polite and courteous and spoke to us... unlike the 2 workers at the entrance when we came in. When I went to get the box of screws I needed their was an associate on that aisle, but she scurried away as soon as we showed up without a peep. Found what I was looking for and proceeded to the lumber department.... where their are no carts in the entire store..... it also was void of anything resembling help. I walked around the entire department twice trying to located a cart that wasn't loaded down with returns... but NOPE! Finally young man walked through the doors and I asked him about the lack of lumber carts, he informed me that they were all out front in the parking lot. I asked how that helps the customers and he stated that, that was just their policy. NEVER OFFERING TO GO GET ONE FOR ME.
