To start with my daughter went to get me a prepaid telephone and the representative at the store told me and my daughter both the cheapest phone available in store was 49.99 plus the activation fee. So upon arriving my daughter was told by another representative named Daniel , that no they don’t have a phone at that price , and that she heard wrong . Well i got news for you no she didn’t hear wrong , we both heard the same thing from a representative at that store. But beyond that the way she and her sister in law were treated all while trying to purchase a service is a disgrace. Y’all should be ashamed to have people who work at a phone store who feel they are so high and mighty they can treat others so rudely and then try and loud cap them in the store to make it seem like they were the problem. Went to this location to get a prepaid phone with my sister in law for her elderly father , and it was literally the worst experience I have ever had at a cellphone store. The staff was not polite and did not treat us as if our business mattered . They attempted to belittle us in front of the store once they saw we were unhappy with how we were being treated , even so to where the man Daniel , told us we could call the numbers on the window. I guess he figured he is buddies with them and the other workers cover up for each other so they’d get away with it . The woman Erica , acted as if she didn’t even want to deal with us even saw other customers before us when we had been waiting . Although the staff is very friendly, you are going to pay more shopping here than if you go to a Verizon company store. This is a franchise. I purchased three new devices. In addition to the $35 set up fee that Verizon charges, this location charges an extra $50 to "set up" your new equipment. An absolute rip-off. I was also charged $10 more for each phone over the advertised on-line price. Unfortunately we were in a hurry and I did not realize this until the next day. You may have gotten me, but I will not stop until I let everyone know across all social media platforms as well as a website that I have just started to inform hard working folks that this place is a rip off... I will spend more that the $150 that was not disclosed to me and therefore misappropriated to ensure this does not happen to...
