McDonald's — Restaurant in Picayune

I cannot express to you how important it is to not use this location. I waited an hour and 10 minutes to get simply a McChicken and large fry. During the hour and 10 minutes I was waiting employees were in the kitchen playing on their phone not making any food and ignoring all the customers at the front. I don't understand how you can be so stupid and have a job. Literally that whole crew are a waste of oxygen on this planet. Do yourself a favor.. Unless you have a year to spare to get your food ...avoid this like the plague . This place will turn anybody into a karen. I almost went to jail over a combo because of their ignorance made me want to snap. I hate impatient customers but there's a difference between an inpatient customer and somebody that you are clearly taking advantage of and taking their money and blatantly in their face not doing your job.I work in the food industry myself and deal with customers on a daily basis and know what it is like to get in a rush but these people on the other hand don't care. They don't care about their customers and they all should be fired every single one of them from the general manager Mary who did not help me get my food whatsoever all the way down to the fry boy need to find new jobs.. This is not your niche.. maybe try working at a morgue or something where you don't have to deal with living people.. Seriously I'm taking my time out of my day to try and warn you ahead of time... please take this review seriously.. do not go to this location You will become very infuriated very quick and I don't get mad easily because I work at a restaurant. Numerous times I have come through this particular McDonald's, ordered a sandwich, and they are always leaving the meat off. I have learned to sit at the drive through, open my sandwich, and make sure it has meat on it before I pull away from the drive through, because half the time I have to send it back to get meat put on it. The first time it happened, I had only checked for all of my sandwiches in the order, and had not discovered it had no meat until I got home (30 minutes away). When I called them, they put it in the books to get a free sandwich with meat (which I paid for) and it took them an entire week to get it right! I have also come through here a number of times and not all, but some of the drive through employees tend to be extremely rude, leave out half the order, forget to give straws for drinks, napkins, or condiments asked for. I normally would not write such a poor review or complain if it only happened once or even a couple of times but that's not the case. It happens almost every time I come to this location. We ordered two fish sandwiches add double cheese, sit in line for 10 minutes, pay 60cents for shredded lettuce and 80 cents for double cheese and a large coke, get the order the coke is not full, missing 1/4 of the soda and we have 1/3 of a piece of cheese on the sandwiches, I go inside the store is filthy, paper all over the place, there is a guy that has been waiting for a frappe and he had been waiting he said, so I got a womans attention showed her my receipt, she said they would fix it, the employees looked lost and could not figure out how to fix it, I finally told them to make a regular fish snadwhich just add two pieces of cheese. It's not rocket science, the manager finally comes out because some guy is wanting something, she finally comes out, which I find crazy, as busy as your store was why would she not be outside helping her staff, I think mcdonalds needs to hire managers that work not sit in the back, be out side and be productive.
