Hardee’s — Restaurant in Pickens

Every Wed morning my parents go into Pickens SC's Hardees, and I often join them. It is always dirty. Today is the last time us and our friends will go there. The girl who took our order said, "It is not my job to take your order,I work drive thru, but I will anyway." I went to find a table, as usual they were not wiped off. All 5 were filthy. Usually I get out my sanitizer and try to clean them the best I can. However today I decided not to and went an asked the same girl who took our order if someone could please clean the tables. She said, "if I get time". She never came, nor did anyone else. All of us decided that this is the LAST TIME we come here. The drink area was totally slopped as usual. The bathrooms are so filthy they are unusable. The only time in the last few months that it has been run properly is when you had that manager from somewhere else come and straighten up the issues with...

March 16, 2023 Thursday 8:15 PMWhen we came in , employees were sitting out front . The fry cook was wrapped around a girl at the first table. They reluctantly came up , he came back after putting our order together.

At 8:15( 45 minutes before close) we had cold hard fries and employees did not seem to care at all when we took them back. He said they had already cut off the oil . I ordered tea and they gave me unsweet. When I asked if it was sweet, she said well that’s all we have , we just dumped the rest.

Although these issues were relatively minor, the attitude from the employees was the worst part. They had no apologies, customer service was zero. No one stepped up as manager or seemed to care.

This is the second time, an will be my last. Ordered to burgers asked for no cheese an no mayo. Both came with items very frustrated going to drive through when timing is of the essence. Got home both items were cold , buns were hard as a rock , meat was cold an came with items to omit. To far to drive back I called an spoke to Dominique she was very apologetic an to keep recept and add her name an come back for replacement. She was very kind an understanding. The service is always predictable, new people , always outside smoking or lingering outside talking..not a good look for this business.
