Main Street Pizzeria — Restaurant in Pickens

I've ordered for years from here, but my last order experience was bad. I ordered 2 large pizzas, 1 taco pizza, 1 supreme for delivery. Our names are in their computer, so when we call it pops up. When delivered the taco pizza was about 50% deconstructed, meaning the tomatoes and sour cream was sent in 2 small condiment cups. The pizza was cold and basically tasteless. Not near enough tomatoes and the sour cream was impossible to spread. I called and the manager said he would refund my money($17.72) to my card. Very expensive. My cousin only ate 2 slices of his supreme and told me to take the rest. It was so salty that it was inedible. Total bill was $42. I didn't ask for anything refunded except the taco pizza. I waited a few days and no refund. I called and spoke to a lady who said it would have to be the owner that would make the refund, but he wasn't there. She took my number and promised he would call me shortly. Have never heard from him. Not only is it very expensive, but obviously, the quality has disappeared. We now use Pizza and Then Some. I said good things about this place and today they screwed a great customer. We ordered on the app my wife waited 20 minutes and they said they hadn't yet started the order. What are you doing MSP? Really bad show today. We ate elsewhere. Maybe you don't care about customer who orders every week.

My family have been loyal customers of Main St. Pizza for many years and have always enjoyed the quality and value of the product. Quality is consistent with warm food, good ingredients and hand tossed crust. The sandwiches, pasta and appetizers are also very good. I will not eat from here again. If you want to destroy your business, Hire immature unprofessional staff with zero phone etiquettes. Hire staff that doesn’t listen to ingredients desired on a pizza yet charge you $17 for a medium pizza and then claim it has extra ground beef when it clearly did not.

Little Cesar’s is known for sprinkling ingredients and 1 out of 3 orders the extra has not been consistent with you. Consistency and genuine kindness is how a business thrives along with good quality ingredients. You are lacking in 2 out of 3. This is a fail
