I would like to start off by saying the young lady who took our order was the only genuine employee working the night of our visit. She was respectful and polite and was, unfortunately, the only productive one in the building.
Contemplating for a couple of days if I was leaving a review or not, has led me directly into doing so due to the level of unprofessionalism that my family and I, unfortunately, experienced during our visit to this establishment. Absolutely unacceptable, and if such a manner is kept this way, they will be the very reason this establishment could become an embarrassment to our community.
In the kitchen area, which was visible from the counter, we witnessed a staff member recklessly swinging and spinning a used broom in the air near actively cooking french fries. This employee then proceeded to parade through the front counter area continuing the same behavior, potentially spreading dirt and bacteria throughout the food preparation areas. Even more alarming, we observed staff members handling food without wearing gloves while engaging in horseplay before sending meals out to drive-through customers.
The management situation was equally distressing. The manager on duty appeared completely disengaged, constantly focused on his personal phone rather than supervising his staff or assisting customers. When intervention was needed, his responses were discourteous and dismissive. Meanwhile, employees congregated at the front counter, being inappropriately loud and unprofessional, with no correction from management.
The facility itself was poorly maintained, particularly the restrooms, which were in an unsanitary state and clearly hadn't been attended to in quite some time.
In my many years of dining out, I have never witnessed such a blatant disregard for customer service, food safety protocols, and basic professional conduct. This establishment needs immediate intervention regarding: Food safety practices and hygiene protocols Staff training and professional behavior Management accountability and attention to duty Facility cleanliness and maintenance

The young long haired kid in the back drive thru windows brain was not on this planet. Anyways back to my order. 6pc kids meal, apple slices, chocolate milk, a number 7 with extra onions extra pickles and an original chicken sandwich combo. He got everything but the chicken sandwich combo and rang a Big Mac combo instead. We told him 3 times our order. Total came to $22 and some change! AGAIN WRONG! Asked for the manager as soon as we pulled up to the pick up window and it was like instantly EVERYONE forgot how to do their job. Manager said he would add the tea and drink, but the girl forgot the fries then forgot the chocolate milk for the happy meal. Then no shocker here, live 4 mins away, get home cold undercooked fries hardly any in them, along with the wrong size, they gave larger container with less in them, the cheeseburger we did get was way over QA holding standards. Finally getting t our order, everything was cold. Filet of fish was in box with condiments OUTSIDE THE BUN! Looked like they dug it out of trash, threw it in a box and squirted tartar sauce over the top of the entire thing!
We were missing a large fry and smoothie. Went inside and told them. The smoothie machine was “DOWN” , which we all know is the truth of course!😉
The problem is easily evident if you go inside! Every employee but 1 or 2 are teenagers with no leadership! There must have been a dozen employees, and half of them walking back and forth doing nothing. It was like a herd of cats running into each other! This McDonalds needs some serious leadership / management overhauls! I went there for breakfast yesterday. Order a sausage egg and cheese and coffee. Had to pull around the store and sit there 25 minutes. Then when I got my order, it was 4 biscuits, 2 egg McMuffins and 3 hash browns. I took it back in . Of course they were out of biscuits and more cooking! The drive through line was all the way Accross the parking lot and into the highway! Once again there were so many employees you couldn’t throw a dead cat without hitting one! 2 young ladies were working their butts off and everyone else standing around like they just split up a bag of doobies!
