Been coming to the store for the past 6 months. Shopping for my family. Phenomenal Customer service, outstanding staff over all. Teamwork at it's best, the communication amongs staff is beyond my expectations. It shows leadership to the highest calaber. Jasmine S. and Ada Mancia went above and beyond making sure that my shopping experience was to my satisfaction. It is rare this days with such demanding service to have a good experience while shopping with in our means. These ladies DO NOT KNOW I am writing this, but I just had too. On 05/14/25 around 7:50pm I spent nearly two hours shopping, and when I got to register #3 to pay with my digital TJ Maxx credit card, I was given a really hard time. The cashier said she needed manager approval, and when Melissa—the manager—came over, she told me I couldn’t use the card because it didn’t show my full name. I logged out and back in to show her again, and it still only displayed my first name. Even after showing her my ID, she refused to approve the payment. Eventually, I was able to locate where the full name did appear on the digital card—but by then, I was so upset and frustrated that I left everything and walked out. I had just returned some items and was given a card for store credit. When I came back to purchase my things, the cbashier began telling me about the return policy. She kept telling in a strong tone that there was a limit to how many things I can return without a receipt. When I gave her the card for store credit she firmly asked me for my ID. She made me feel like a criminal. This was the first time I returned something past the 30 days and they gave me store credit.
