Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Pico Rivera

If I could give it 0 stars I would. Pizza order was placed at 6 o clock.My boyfriend called a few times no answers. I called from my phone finally somebody answered . Quickly the lady said Hold! She placed me on hold and ended the call a few seconds after she placed me on hold . I called again phone was picked up and right away they clicked. Tried again and a man answered placed me on hold once again. I asked the status on the order and asked me if I ordered it thru the app. I said yes and he asked for my address. He said oh well you ordered they the app can't do anything about it. I asked for a refund and he said no... I ended the call by saying they had horrible service. Few minutes later they called to apologize ..Currently it's 7:40 pm and still no pizza.. NEVER AGAIN WILL WE...

Ordered two medium pizzas for delivery online. About 30 minutes later it shows up online as delivered(No pizzas arrived), wait 5 minutes, call and ask about it. They say if it doesnt show up in 10, call again. Call again, they tell us it was already delivered(Obviously it wasnt or we wouldnt be calling). Ask to speak to the manager, they refuse. Eventually they hang up on us. Called again, asked for the manager, they said "ok hold on", I get put on hold, after about 5 minutes on hold, get hung up on with no response. Getting treated like dirt as customers is a good way to assure I never order pizza from here again.
