my visit was today around 11:55. Let’s start with how I made them aware I was allergic to tomatoes and they still prepared it on the main expo station and then put tomatoes on my sandwich THEN when i pointed it out she just took off the tomatoes leaving the lettuce that was now CONTAMINATED with tomatoes residue. I had to ask her to prepare It with different lettuce because that lettuce bucket had tomatoes inside of it as well. Dirty workstation. I literally had to ask her to remove that lettuce. I know there’s a process they have to follow if a person makes them aware of an allergy I’ve literally worked for Jersey Mike’s. 😒 They didn’t put the proper amount of vinegar or oil so I had to ask for more. It’s like they weren’t given a crash course on how they’re supposed to shake the bottle. And there wasn’t even distribution on my sandwich. The slicer is supposed to be trained how to slice properly. As for their customer service when I walked in, nobody greeted me. I stood there while they were talking and then I had a look around just for them to ask if I was ready, but they would’ve known that if they had greeted me. The only one in there that wasn’t an issue was the guy named dylan. This is the second time I’ve been to this location and their customer service is terrible. They looked miserable working there. The table weren’t even wiped down. All that being said, I’ve worked for Jersey Mike’s so I understand what a day looks like, but there was way too many issues for not even being busy. Read moreI am very disappointed and dissatisfied with this location. My co-workers and I decided to get sandwich for lunch. When we arrived we were not acknowledged by any of the 5 team members at the counter. We saw that they were working on a big order and waited for a few minutes but since none of the team members acknowledge us, I ask if somebody could help us and that is when the only lady in team, told us “is going to be a minute because we are busy”
