I just had the worst costumer service I’ve ever had at a McDonald’s !!! I was ordering threw drive threw and happened to confuse the sandwiches names due to the menu still showcasing lunch items and they were serving breakfast already so the manager started being VERY PASSIVE AGGRESSIVE over the speaker I had to literally describe what I wanted to order in detail because he couldn’t comprehend what I was asking for he was very aggressive and mad at me for confusing the names he finally switched the menu to breakfast I pull up to the window and said I just got confused due to the lunch menu being on display to which he replied in a very mad tone of voice “I COULD TELL YOU WHERE WE HAD A DISCONNECT BUT ID RATHER NOT” implying he had nothing nice to say to me he then mumbles profanity in a low voice while getting my order ready and says “YOURE WELCOME” in the most child like hatful manner . I open the sandwiches and realize they’re half RAW so I fed it to my neighbors dogs ! I’m sure he had the cook taint with the sandwiches . Lol I suggest who ever hired him to PLEASE have him take a anger management course ASAP he is mad at the world I’m not sure if it’s due to his receded hair line , body shape or his mouse teeth but he can really end up getting this establishment SUED for tampering with costumers food he doesn’t know a thing about costumer service & seems to be extremely BITTER about working there ! PLEASE have a talk with him before someone ends up smacking his old gay beaver mouth / teeth into his hairless skull ! Lol CORPORATE SHOULD REALLY LOOK INTO THIS ISSUE / CAMERAS ! Monday February 13th 2023 at around 3:58 AM to 4:03 AM !!!!! Lol it’s people like HIM that make this world worse than it already is . Greasy bitter OLD QUEEN ! PS I’m not homophobic I’m also gay which I think is what he doesn’t like about me cus he sure hates that he is gay deep down inside lol I’m assuming due to his ghetto diva...

Been coming to this McDonald's for years. Today I ordered 2 happymeals and 4 burgers. To start off, the guy at the pay window accidentally ripped my receipt in half and said "guess you don't need one", to which I responded "yeah, I guess not", no big deal. We get to the food pick up window and the lady asks me to pull up to parking spot 2 because my order isn't ready. I asked if I could have a sweet and sour, a bbq and a ranch. I asked for them at the window because time and time again, I order my sauces and they bring me my sauceless bag that I have to either send the person back inside to grab or I have to get out of my car to grab my own sauces. I asked for my sauces at the window to negate all that mess. The lady took it personal and very sarcastically says "great, anything else?". I don't say anything about it, I just thank her and drive forward. I'm sitting there waiting and watch about 5 cars leave with their food. Finally I go inside and see my order just sitting there. I ask what's taking to long and they said I had a really large order, to which I replied no I did not. The lady was being petty and just let my order sit there. She tried reiterating that I had a large order, and I mentioned how I had seen 3 happymeals leave the drive thru with no problem. I asked for a refund and she smirked and said ok. I went to the next closest McDonald's to get my order, and had absolutely...

I never felt the need to decrease the stars of a business after leaving a review... but over this past year this location went down hill. Almost 99% of the time we are told to park. I never order more then two meals. Before when i would get parked, the food would be out with 5 mins. These past few times ive been parked for 15 to 20 mins. The first time this happen i assumed they were extrealy busy. Nope, they told us they were waiting on the chicken sandwich..we DIDNT order a chicken sandwich...they noticed the mistake and gave us free sandwhich coupons which btw WAS EXPIRED. Didnt notice till i was home. Today same thing happen... at the 10 min mark we walk in to grab our food. This time we were told they were waiting on our fries.... that is total bull. We seen 10 cars go by, even the ones that got praked after us left before us...so you mean to tell me NO ONE ordered a meal that came with fries?? Btw once we got our food.. the fries were cold and tasted stale.. Sucks this location is on the way home from work. I guess ill be driving to another one cuz this location has bad service.... dont get me wrong tho, the employees are sweet..... not to mention, sloppy sandwich making is very common...the condiments are never in...
