I would of given 4 stars since the drive through lines are so long literally almost goes out the plaza. But they have curbside pickup which is why i brought it up to 5 stars. Also their chicken tastes amazing Update 5/8/2021: am reducing the review to 2 stars from 5 because the fries portion has gotten much lower now. I can literally count the amount of fries that comes in the box of the caniac combo it's that little. A year ago they used to give a lot of fries in the box and now there's way too small amount of fries in the box. I had to pay another $2.19 for some more fries. You can tell in the pic I took down below. They kept the prices the same or raised them but also lowered the fries portion. 2/3/23 The price of the caniac combo used to be around $12-14 after tax and now they raised it to the point it reaches $20 after tax. Such a big price hike and the chicken pieces became so much thinner than before too. It's very annoying and infuriating. No wonder why raising cane's isn't as packed as it used to be with the drive through line filling the entire plaza.

This is really consistent. The chicken strips are always cold to perfection. Crispy on the outside and juicy in the inside. Evenings tend to be super busy, especially on the weekend but the turn around time is very quick and efficient. Last week when I went in the evening, they were out of the chicken sandwich because they were out of Kaiser rolls. I was really disappointed but They offered to make the sandwich using their Texas toast bread. It was very inventive and accommodating. The sandwich was DELICIOUS!!! I might have to substitute the bread next time I'm craving the chicken sandwich. I was disappointed to find out that you can only get points towards the Canine rewards program when you have the card. They don't look up your info using you login information. Make sure to have your rewards card on your person when you go if you want your points. Overall, I love this place, highly recommend.

This location is VERY BUSY!! Decided to park, walk to the restaurant and order inside instead of dealing with the long drive thru line that went around the middle divider as shown in pic 1. The food here is delicious! Great chicken fingers and extras that make it worth the money. Minus 1 star for them not including extra fries on the caniac combo (which is their most expensive combo) even when I said sub the slaw for extra fries (as shown on receipt) The girl at the door did say that Monday-Thursday is less busy compared to Friday-Sunday. Spent $41.52 on 3 meals and a jug of lemonade (VERY DELICIOUS!!) 🙂

I wish there was an option to give negative stars. I hardly ever get fast food as most restaurant options leave me feeling gross after I finish eating. My dad, however, loves this place and requested we get dinner from here, even suggesting that we try the something off the "secret menu". To my understanding, the "naked chicken" he suggested were simply a modification to the usual chicken strip combos, leaving them unbreaded.

When we arrived to this location (5005 Paramount Blvd), the screen/speaker where you'd normally place your order through the radio wasn't working, so they had an employee walking around the drive thru line taking people's orders. No problem, right? Employee walks up and asks what we want, we ask to see the menu (as we don't have it memorized, like I'm sure she expected), and she merely turns her tablet around, revealing the smallest font size I've ever seen in my life. My dad couldn't read it from the driver's seat, not even half a foot away from the screen, so we were told to pull forward and she'd come and take our order at the usual area.

Once we could actually see what we could order, we ordered 4 combos: all 3-pc, two of which were modified to be the "naked" chicken. We gave our name for the order and pulled forward. Once we reach the window, however, the order we are almost given doesn't match our name. We relay the correct name to the employee working the window, who then says that the order isn't ready (we're told that the "naked" chicken takes longer to prepare, which makes no sense because the lack of breading should allow it to cook faster?) and to pull forward into a parking spot. We ask how long the order will take to be ready, we're told 2 minutes. It should be noted that there isn't any allotted parking spots for customers whose orders aren't ready, so it looks like we're a regular parked car. Hazard lights are turned on to hopefully make it easier for an employee to see us.

15 minutes pass. No food. Cars are zipping in and out of the drive thru, with our car being the only one sent away to wait for our food. A few honks catch the attention of the employee who'd been taking orders via tablet, and we relay our situation to her. She makes her way to the window, only to return not even a minute later with no food, saying that the order with our name had already been fulfilled. We state again that we were told to pull forward because the "naked" chicken takes longer to prepare, and she leaves to check again. The second time she returns, we're told that our order was accidentally given to another customer, and that the food will be right out... IN FIFTEEN MINUTES.

Having already waited that time, we ask where our other two combos are--since those weren't breaded, they should've been done by now. She leaves, comes back in about 2 minutes with a single bag, telling us to have a good day and sorry for the wait. We AGAIN say that there were four combos in our order, of which we've only received two as there are CLEARLY only two boxes in the bag we were handed. She asks for the bag back to "double check" (as if it's not painfully obvious through the thin plastic that there are only two boxes), and then leaves to call a manager.

The manager clearly hadn't been briefed on the issue, simply asking what the problem was. Upon recounting the situation for the FOURTH time, the manager is combative and denies that our order was mistakenly handed to another customer, despite that little piece of information ALSO being glaringly obvious. We state that we just want the food we had already paid for, and the manager storms off, comes back with two boxes (each about half the size of the first two, clearly the 2-pc combo boxes instead of the 3-pc), shoves the bag through the car window and passive aggressively tells us to have a good night.

We get home and open the boxes and see that we got NO NAKED CHICKEN. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I’VE EVER EXPERIENCED. Staff couldn’t adapt to broken tech and refused to take accountability for their own disorganization/mistakes. SAVE YOUR...

I’m sorry, but this location just doesn’t have it in them to run a Raising Canes properly. I am very disappointed, I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt due to their low ratings on other websites, but they unfortunately disappointed and really showed why they run low reviews. I will not be coming to support this location any longer, it may be a drive for me to get to another Canes, but so far only the Azusa and City of Industry locations have been of amazing service. This location cant even communicate with their customers the way they should. I went ordering food and beverages through the drive thru with an employee who took my order and was also charged then and there as she took my order on her device outside. When I got to the window I was given my beverages and food and noticed there was no ice in the drinks. I asked the employee at the window if they had forgotten to place ice in the beverages because there was no ice. She then let me know “we don’t have ice”. It would have been courteous of them to have let customers know ahead of time before taking their order and taking their money that there is no ice for drinks. Not cool. They could have at least mentioned this to the customers before having charged them and making them wait in line. Another option would have been to mention there is no ice and offer water instead. Those lines aren’t the shortest and its really not cool for people who like to order and enjoy their meal in their car in the parking lot. Had I known from the start, I would have just said thank you and left to another Canes location. I had to wait until I got all the way home, as I do not live near any Canes location and enjoy cold chicken fingers and fries and provide my own ice. Fortunately I do have an ice maker at home, but not everyone does. Other people would have had to drive somewhere else for ice or for a beverage. I just think there needs to be better communication at this location amongst staff...

Great tasting tenders and the Texas toast is to die for. Fries are meh so I usually just order ala carte instead of the combo. It would be great if they another side option aside from the coleslaw because it isn't good here.

As for the wait, it is atrociously long at this location. I can't speak for the others, but currently the options are wait in the drive thru or walk up to an outside cashier to order and wait. Both methods are inefficient. The drive thru starts as two lanes and then bottlenecks to one lane. They definitely need to take a page out of Chick-fil-a's book and have people outside at the drive thru taking orders. The demand is too high and they can't keep up. I wanted to get out of the line, but the structure didn't allow for it so we ended up waiting in line for over 45 minutes for a place that has only serves chicken tenders, fries, and toast.

There is no option currently to order online because we definitely considered that option, but the website states"coming soon." They have been open long enough to have the up and running.

Overall, if you are hangry don't come here. If you are craving some consistent delicious chicken then...
