I had the funniest and most pleasant experience while redeeming my points for a free iced coffee!!! the young man that helped me first as well but especially Daisy!! i had originally requested a Grande iced coffee with oatmilk with cinnamon dolce syrup and it came out HORRIBLE!!! I have came to this starbucks everyday since it opened. Employees even know my order by now. There all super sweet, looked forward to coming everyday. However today I met a new employe, Elisa. She claimed she was the manager on duty. I have never seen her until now and all it took was one interaction with her for me to never come again. I am a manager myself and she needs to know how to speak to people, she needs training and seems like the employees are scared of her as well which is sad. I come here everyday! Two drive-thru lanes. Don't get off your car, ordering in the front takes FOREVER!!! I waited 10 mins for my frap. Cars that were there before me had gotten their drinks first. That was upsetting because I made it late to work. They kept telling me it's coming and nothing.
