McDonald's — Restaurant in Piedmont

When we were placing our order for our son, we asked for a bacon and cheese biscuit. To most people this seems like a pretty easy request. A simple biscuit with only bacon and cheese. To this mcdonalds, I may as well have ordered a rocket from NASA. In the drive thru when we ordered we had to repeat it twice as we noticed that the order was incorrect on the screen. When we let her know it was wrong still, she just said "okay" and then radio silence. After we pulled up to pay, it was still wrong and we asked her again to change it. We figured it would be wrong when we received the bag at the next window and of course we were right. I walk in to not be greeted and hearing another employee asking for someone to get a refund. Lots of employees waiting at the counter all with their lazy backs facing me. When I finally interrupted their talks, I told them that the biscuit we ordered was not correct and I had to really think hard if I was using the correct language as I was just stared at blankly. Finally the "gentleman" turns around to moan something at the kitchen staff and she replied back that those biscuits were right there. Yes.. they did make them correctly... we were just given the wrong ones. He mutely handed me the biscuits and I asked him if he wanted the wrong ones back and just blankly said "no". Not once did we hear an "I'm sorry" or anything. I normally do not post bad reviews but since this is about the 10th time this has happened, I feel it is only nessisary to attempt to let the management/ owners know that this location is truly the worst! I will be taking a further path to any other mcdonalds out of my way than ever go to this one again. The staff needs an attitude adjustment and learn more about...

THERE IS NO ZERO STARS. OR THEY WOILD SCORE ZERO. THEY HAVE 2 BACON EGG & CHEESE BISCUITS FOR $4.00. JUST LIKE EVERY MCDONALD'S IN THE STATE & GEORGIA. EVERY STORE THAT I HAVE MADE THIS PURCHASE WILL LET YOU SUBSTITUTE SCRAMBLED EGGS FOR THE SHITTY DRY SQUARE FOLDED OUT OF A CONTAINERF EGGS. NOPE NOT THIS ONE IN PIEDMONT. POLICY WILL NOT ALLOW FOR SUBSTITUTION OF EGGS. SO I TOOK MY $7.00. WENT TO JACK'S. I GOT THEIR 2 STEAKBISCUITS FOR $2.99 AND THEY ALLOWED ADDITION OFEGGS TO THEIR SPECIAL AND WAS HAPPY TO REVEIVE MY HARD EARNED MONEY FOR THE ADDITION. THIS MCDONALD'S MUST BE SO FAR IN THE BLACK THAT THEY NOLONGER CARE ABOUT CUSTOMER SATISFACTION. IF THAT IS THE CASE, THEN SOMEBODY NEEDS TO SUE THEM FOR FALSE ADVERTISING AND MISREPRESENTATION. I hate going here, the staff are SO rude it is not funny. Last time we went their scanner couldnt read the card and they cant type them in, it works everywhere else, then when we used a different card, they gave me a burnt biscuit, two actually, the others were overbrowned but these were totally burnt and we asked for two new ones and a staff member said they were not burnt and made a snide comment about how if we had paid in a more timely fashion it wouldnt of happened, and the manager told them no, its burnt and it was prepared before they knew our card wouldnt read. and then told us the corner biscuits usually are. (yet they serve them knowing this?). so the manager wasnt so bad other than selling them that way but most the regular staff are just a pain in the rear and the food is subpar at BEST. restraunts around here are definitely needing alot of work. but its a small town so people have to tolerate it and they know it. most go to jacks anyways. we cant afford it or we...
