Simple Simon's Pizza — Restaurant in Piedmont

I have been a customer of Simple simon’s for at least 22 years. All the way back when it was at different location. So The past few months have been a huge disappointment. From it not being open when the store hours says that it is, to being snapped at for asking for something to be done a certain way. Yesterday my husband stopped by and was going to order, he saw no one was in line at the window and was just going to order at the window, he wasn’t allowed, even though there was no one anywhere near that window, today I called in the order, and asked for the Buffalo chicken to made mild, just to be told that they could control that. Well I have gotten this pizza and it was perfect then I have gotten this pizza and it was way too spicy, so I figured it could be controlled, I asked politely , said please and she was snappy about it. I ordered a large Buffalo chicken and a medium supreme. I get home and they had put zero Buffalo sauce on the Buffalo pizza and the cheese topping was burned on my supreme. So I am done. Between the bad management of store hours , to being snapped at , and then the order being done wrong. I am done, 22 years , but they are not the pleasant experience it once was , I am done. great food always got orders 💯%correct and THEY DELIVERE🤗 IN 30MINS OR LESS ...gave (0)⭐️ for atmosphere because they no longer have a dine-in option. And gave only (3) ⭐️because they will not allow you to walk inside to Counter to place orders doors locked and will not Knowledge you at door!😠 have a drive through window 🪟 to pick up orders from but will not allow you to place orders there!😡your ONLY option is calling to place order even if your standing outside with no phone they will refuse you 🤬... truly the ONLY restaurant in my small town that delivers🙏🙏. Came in so handy while I was in between 🚗vehicles🚙! With no public 🚂🚎🚕🚐 it was either hitch👍 ,walk🚶‍♀️👣🚶‍♂️the 3 miles (one way), or 🚲🛴🛼🛹😅🤣😂 to pick up dinner which was well🤨🫣😬😮‍💨😱 so yeah them delivering is just fantastic🤗🥳👏👏 and honestly it's not that 🤑expensive either about the same as a door dash...which BTW our area doesn't support...

Pizza was delicious. Choices in crust; from thin to pan.

First time visit and to be quite honest it would have been a better experience if we would have it delivered or picked it up at the window. The longer you stay, as you are dining, the more things you notice in regards to cleaning (or lack there of).

Other options on the menu included stromboli, calzone and wings. For this visit we had the classic, thin crust pepperoni and it was very good.

Ordered water with the meal, it was self serve out of a Gatorade cooler, which sat on the counter next to the soda fountain.
