I went through the drive-thru and ordered the largest chix tender family meal with 5 sides. Was asked to pull up to wait for my chix, about 15 minutes later what I presumed to be my meal was brought out to my car, being in a hurry as I was taking this food to my 80 Y/O MIL, (it was her requested B-Day Meal), I took the employees word when he stated, "All sides are in this bag, and chicken is in this one". I was handed 2 large bags through my window. This drive-thru had no other cars after me and they appeared to be less than busy, considering the same employee came out during my wait to take a smoke break near my car. My issue is this, I was missing a portion of my order and when I called to express my dissatisfaction, I was told that NOTHING could be done until the next day when a manager was available. Fast forward to the next day...today. I called this location and spoke with the Manager Alex. According to Alex they do not provide anything more than replacing the "forgotten" items. So while the customer was not only put out once, their idea of customer satisfaction is to put said customer out once again. Read moreUpdate: I emailed the company, got reply stating they would replace the food or give me a full refund if the food was returned. I live 10 miles from the restaurant, I did a mobile order to pick up on my way home because I was going past the restaurant. I didn't know the chicken was not good until I got home. I'm not making a 20 mile round trip to get my money back or more food. And was I expected to keep the chicken until I got a reply??? I've never heard of a restaurant expecting you to return the food in order to get a refund or replacement when you get it to carry out.
It was a busy Saturday afternoon. Had to wait a few minutes for my mobile order of livers and 8 piece meal because they were making chicken. I was given a drink while I waited, good customer service. The chicken livers cooked just right, and the sides, biscuits, mashed potatoes and coleslaw were really good. The chicken was, unfortunately over done and dry especially the wings and legs. . Read moreWent through the drive thru 2 nights ago and ordered a family size box of wedges and was greeted with an employee with his pants wayyyy down below his *%# showing his whole frontal and back side with his blue underwear along with him tugging at them in the front trying to get them up over his private area. I was disgusted to no end. Totally not appropriate at a business. While I’m waiting, there’s a girl just leaning up against the counter just texting away oblivious to anything going on around her. Again, go where you can’t be seen. Anyway….he comes back and hands me my “family” size box of wedges and I’m thinking it felt light. But I went home without checking (dumb move) so I opened them at home and there were 7 wedges in the box. Really? Almost $4 for a large box.
