Definitely a hidden gem for sure! My bf and I are visiting TN for the first time and while heading to some waterfalls we discovered this little food truck which happened to catch our eye as we love Mexican food. We decided to stop and give them a try. We got some tacos in beef and carnitas. We were so blown away by how good they were we stopped back a couple hours later to get food again for dinner! The tacos are amazing, we tried all the meats, but my favorite was the carnitas for sure, and we also got the chicken nachos Everything was cooked perfectly and seasoned so well. I had ordered a chicken quesadilla, but I guess the girl at the window was too preoccupied with her nails or something and I received a ground beef quesadilla. I just ate what I could of it before throwing the rest away as it took about 10 minutes for our order and I did not want to wait any longer. Had high hopes for this taco truck, but unfortunately, those hopes were dashed. ...
