The Legend's Pizza — Restaurant in Pigeon Forge

Extremely rude and nasty people who spit on other people. Had to call the cops on the owner's but I decided not to press charges given the fact her child was there and that owner of the establishment would have gone to jail in front of her kid, who by the way chased me outside along with her dad and a couple other men. That's when the mother/owner came running to my car and spit at me thru my rolled down window. This was one of the most disgusting experiences I have ever had in my life. They currently have the name Pizza and Wings on the building, Not Legends Pizza. I would never recommend anyone to go here.

After reading some reviews of this place I regret not pressing charges on the owner/women of this place. They do not know how to handle people. And can not take any responsibility for the business they are trying to run. They blame all their bad reviews on the customers in their replies to them. These people wake up with hate in their hart. I'm sure they will respond saying everything I'm saying is a lie and blame absolutely everything on me. And to them At the end of the day just know this I could of had you arrested for spitting on me and if you try and say I'm lying like you have all the other reviews I will post my dash cam footage with audio showing how disgusting you people truly are. And FYI my dash cam records inside my vehicle as well so I literally have you on camera spitting on me in my car and the cops asking if I want to press charges. Please call me a liar. Horrible experience.

The restaurant uses the Menufy service as an online ordering mechanism. We made our order (2 items) at 7pm and when the order was confirmed was told delivery between 45 and 75 minutes, which is totally reasonable.

After waiting 85 minutes we called the restaurant and we were told that the order was just being started. We had hungry kids at this point and so I asked to cancel the order. I was informed that I needed to work through Menufy to cancel. Conveniently, Menufy has no option to cancel. We call the restaurant again to confirm that the order is being made and will still be delivered as we are not able to cancel.

After another 30 minutes we call again. The restaurant is unsure of our order and tells us it is just going in the oven. 15 minutes later. We are told only half the order is done, but we will be the first stop for the delivery driver. The restaurant looks to be 10 minutes max from our location.

At 10pm the food finally arrives. We don't want it at this point, but we've paid and there is no way to cancel. The pizza was cold and had clearly been sitting out. The wings looked like chicken nuggets with a bone stuck in it. The restaurant continues to blame and tell us to work with Menufy. Menufy tells us to work with the restaurant. No...

They tried telling me after we received our order incorrectly that I do not deserve a refund or a corrected order because I ordered it incorrectly and menufy could correct. I called menufy and they verified I had my order correctly but Legends made it incorrectly so they would get me a refund; however Legends denied that still stating I am wrong and they are correct for sending me all the toppings on one pizza instead of the specialty pizza getting the mushrooms and pineapples as CLEARLY noted SPECIALTY 1st Half & 2nd Half below in my email confirmation of my order! We waited 1.5 hours for our order and still once received was incorrect! Lesson learned do NOT tip the delivery drivers $20 prior to checking your order to make sure it is correct since the employees in the office do NOT have any sort of common sense to correctly read an order and then admit when they have done it WRONG and make the appropriate corrections to show any sort of good business and customer service!
