Taco Bell — Restaurant in Pikeville

My experience sucked! I spent 50 dollars on the entire meal. I asked foe plain soft tacos. No cheese and no lettuce. When I got them instead of making them fresh they thought it would be a great idea to just scrape the cheese and lettuce off. My daughter is a picky eater and looked at them and noticed right away. Not to mention it was her idea to eat there. It was a door dash because I couldn't come get it. They offered to correct a mistake that should have never happened to begin with. I just ate there for lunch and had an amazing experience. The one that took my order was very polite and even went into detail between the two orders I could not decide on, and had my food ready quickly. This person I’m sure was also over the dining area which was impressively clean. You could tell that everyone there today was working professionally and as a team. I will be going back to this Taco Bell. The food quality was also better here than at other locations I have tried. Y’all need to give the cashier that took care of me a raise. I went inside to order cause the drive through looked a little busy but it wasn’t too bad. The manager yells at this one girl to quit taking orders everytime she tries to even speak to them and makes her go do something else. She was very rude to her staff and didn’t want them to do their own job, there’s a difference between being a leader and being a bully.
