Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Pikeville

Great food , but this new call center thing instead of calling the actual store is a pain, my recent order was for delivery but between app crashing website not working correctly, My order got place for delivery on the app but after waiting some time it never got delivered tried to call the main store but was directed to a call center in who knows where, waited on hold for some time then after speaking with someone they went to transfer me but I never got transferred so between not getting my order for delivery and not being able to contact the store I had to drive down there and pick up my food, in the app I also left a delivery tip but the food never got delivered this is very disappointing in customer satisfaction however the lady at the drive-thru window once I finally got it to it waiting in line for 15 more minutes was very polite and tried to reason with the issue I was facing she done her job great but here with the issue of paying for delivery and food not showing up then unable to fix the problem in a timely manner makes me not want to order any more, The food was okay but for the headache of me working in my garage on a vehicle and having to drop everything to try and find out where my food was when I wasn't able to go anywhere due to vehicle being fixed caused me a lot of trouble to get a ride and go pick up my order the app is awful and the call center is even worse but now with these changes I don't recommend purchasing online or through the app there is no way to call the store so if there's a problem with your order you either deal with it, or drive directly to the store to try and resolve the issue for that I can't recommend ordering from...

Where do I start? First of all we dined in and they wouldn't honor ANY of the deals on the Pizza Hut app! So my wife said well we can do carry out and they still wouldnt honor it! The little waitress was super sweet however the night manager was rude and lazy! My wife and I ordered a salad and out of 6 items 3 of them were empty and she ask the manager if she could fill it up while the waitress was busy with another table and she just stood there and wouldn't fill anything up! The salad bar had limited toppings but it was disgusting because their was gnats all around and food from people's plates that had fallen off! I use to order pizza at least 2 times a month from pizza hut in pikeville ky but now I will not be going there anymore! Domino's or little Ceasers is right down the road...

I called in and ordered a pizza at 10:30 am and was told it would be ready in 10 to 15 minutes, so I pulled up to the drive thru at 10:50am because the dinning room is closed set behind a car at the drive thru for 8 minutes and then called them and they informed me I would have to wait till their order was completed so my pizza is getting cold while they are just setting there in the window this is a sign of bad management, it doesn't take a genius to ask them to pull around and then motion to them that theirs is ready so they can pull back around and get theirs, needless to say I cancelled mine and left extremely poor...
