My wife made the move from Florida to Westfield Nov 2020. We are big time pizza lovers and our relatives steered us to Rigatonis. She told me the following year when I came up in April 2021 that she had found the best pizza place ever. She was right. The food service atmosphere is like no others. We both live stromboli big time and you hit it out of the park. Indeed you are the best. We did find another pizza store gas station and they were really really tasty, but Rigatonis is there best pizza food and atmosphere so far. Of course that is our opinion. My wife and I are both retired in our 50's because of health issues and I am a retired Veteran. We had Rigatoni,s Friday June 2nd, about 4pm on the way back from Salisbury it was worth the wait, now on most anything you have to take the bad with the good. This was our first Friday eating there. The food was so good stromboli and as always the best Chef Salad in the world. Ok the wait staff I have never seen except the male. I won't throw your name out there ,but it did start with a S. Everyone has a off day so no worries. There was 4 wait staff and Rigatoni's is a little small so u can here let's of conversations. The wait staff 4 had gathered around the front and was telling their personal stuff. Interesting stuff but not the place. So our waitress took our drink order and she was gone at least ten minutes or more. As far as we can tell she had one table....us. Finally she came around the corner and said ooops I forgot I had a table. We placed a order for stromboli and the best Chef Salad ever. It comes with long red onions, I asked her if they chef could dive them and put in extra. We got our order and the onions were not diced and there wasnt extra. They did load up the stromboli with them. She was having a difficult time setting up the table. It took awhile before she came back and she said for the second time I forgot about you. We got our orders to go because there was so much good food. Well she forgot us again her only table. At Cracker Barrel, the only other good sit down table. The other wait staff helps each other for refills etc....The table was loaded with dishes and our waitress kept looking over but she never removed any of the empty dishes. Kind of weird. Well the food was tremendous, but we will skip Fridays. Thanks for the great food the chef knows how to make a meal, good job. We will continue to come here because your the best. Maybe a little Friday night wait...

The service/waitress was good. The food was not. I had asked about the baked spaghetti and was assured that it was all that. Well I first get a plate of regular spaghetti. Well that's ok I understand things happen. I'll just send it back throw some cheese on top put in n the oven n melt not a big deal. Well the plate of spaghetti was I'm talking the noodles just didn't have a little bit of water in it. The noodles was swimming in the water and the MEAT sauce was just as watery. The waitress seen there was a issue and asked and I explained and she again assured they would correct it. Well 30 minutes later and after the wife n sister n law had eaten I finally get mine. Remember I asked for baked spaghetti. I get another plate of spaghetti with some cheese sprinkled on top and melted. Lol. The waitress said they wasn't going to charge me for it. Thats good. ( I didn't eat the so called baked spaghetti ) upon getting the bill the owner or whoever said it wasn't going through be a charge for it changed his mind and was going to just charge me for a regular spaghetti not a baked spaghetti. She asked how the baked spaghetti was. I laughed and said if that's baked spaghetti then the guy need to learn how to cook again. I showed her I didn't even touch it. Well I didn't pay for the spaghetti bit got charged for the side salad. That's ok. I don't mind paying for that. Cause I WONT return to the restaurant. Whoever reads this you may and I hope y'all have a better experience but don't get the baked spaghetti. They don't know Spaghetti!!!!!! Lol.. what a...

I usually never have a problem, but today 6/29/2024, I had the worst experience that I’ve ever had anywhere. I drove a 15-20 min drive to the restaurant. Paid for a call in order which was almost $100 with the tip I left then got home with food missing. (Stuff happens yk). Here’s where the problem came in. I had to make another 40 min trip back to get the missing meal, and when I got there before I even got to the register, a man from the kitchen come out right at me mouthing me saying he put the food in there basically calling me a liar in front of all the customers standing there. The customers heard the whole deal too. Funny thing is he didn’t even bag the order the cashier lady’s did ( as usual like every other time I’ve called in). Then he proceeded back into the kitchen to stare at me and stink eye me till I left. I almost lost it, he’s lucky he marched bck in there for his own sake to say the least. My family is very disappointed, this should have never happened, I really hope that guy isn’t the manager. Although you would think he was the way he acted. If he is what a horrible person to be running the place. Never felt so disrespected or mad at food employee, especially bc I’ve worked food myself before, and ik what it’s like sometimes. I hope the right person sees this and the ppl who was present tells the truth if asked. Wont be going bck soon, but when we do, i’ll be...

I bought a LG classic Stromboli to go, I got home and as you can tell it was Burnt almost to a crisp. Not well done, but BURNT. I called and was nice about it, the owner answered the phone, I let him know, he was rude, asked if I touched it told me to bring it back. I did, my husband took it with a smile on his face, owner jerked it from his hands, cursed him, told him he hoped he took it back home and "****ing" complained about it because it was cold in the middle. So needless to say, they won't be getting any of my services anymore, when they was getting it once a week.

You’d be forgiven for thinking a non-chain Italian pizzeria is out of place in the shadow of Pilot Mountain. You’d be forgiven for being skeptical that it’s named for a pasta shape. But it’s actually good. The Greek salad, adding grilled chicken for a reasonable upcharge, was a huge portion of fresh greens, good toppings, and a ton of chicken. The pizza was pretty good too! It might not survive in NY or NJ but it stands up well, not “for Pilot Mountain” but in general. A pleasant surprise after a hike and before a wine tasting.

After hiking at Pilot Mountain, we discovered an amazing Italian restaurant. :) The food was fresh, the service quick, and the flavors incredible. The house salad with homemade vinaigrette was perfect, and the baked eggplant Parmesan stuffed with manicotti was a standout. The fries, fried mushrooms, and garlic knots were all delicious. A must-visit for Italian food lovers!
