I just went into this dunkin' donut on atlantic.I think it is a nine. I asked the gentleman behind the counter, who is probably doing and is doing the walk in and the drive up. That one dunkin' donut put in a lot of sugar into my drink. And I happen to be a diabetic. With unnocertain terms, the gentleman who was going to help me was very arrogant. And said, absolutely not, we cannot replace anything from any other dunkin'.Donut. Very rudeIn his approach didn't say, hey, sorry, dude.We can't do it, but was very irate. And I was totally surprised. I will say Antonio came up. Who says is the owner or manager came up and said Hey No, problem, sir. We'll be able to help you. And I'll take care of it on me, which I kind of expected from the original guy. But I was so upset with the attitude of this guy who works there. He is kind of 58 kind of chubby. Tight-knit hair Gray round, long face, very, very rude. I wouldn't recommend him if you see him. The manager is awesome. He wanted to take care of me. But never did say anything against his worker. I highly expect a little bit more respect and understanding. But this guy had nothing in his shoes. I don't know if he has anything in his brains because Customer service is the number one item that keeps your business.Happy and always gives you good reviews.I give the manager antonio high remarks and thank you.But you need to work on...
Read moreI used to like this location, but it's gone downhill over the years. The bagels were always big and plentiful, however, they've gotten smaller and are always out of stock. The donuts are even worse as far as size and inventory. I've gone there at different times of the day and they were almost always out of cruellers, chocolate frosted, and Boston creme donuts. Their sizes have been shrinking as their prices have been rising. Someone I know recently brought me some, and I almost thought they were a joke. All of the donuts were literally the size/circumference of a cat or dog food can. I have a lid for cat food cans, so placed it on top of the donuts to judge size. All of them were either the same size or slightly smaller.
I gave them two stars instead of one because at least the cashiers seem to be nice. I never had any issues with the workers. It's the size, price, and quality of the food that are no longer reasonable...
Read moreI come to this location 5 days a week twice daily. The younger kids that work there have zero personality and are not very friendly, especially the 2 young girls on Tuesday nights. It seems like their cellphones are a top priority.
However, I will leave this review on a positive note- SHELLY and her mom BETH who work nights are absolutely wonderful and amazing. I cannot express enough how truly nice and lovely these two women are. They have the absolute best customer service skills. They make you feel important and not just another customer coming through their drive thru. They are a HUGE asset to this Dunkin team. The manager and/or owner should be extremely grateful to have them. Perhaps some other team members should take notes on how people should be treated. I will honestly tell you, if these 2 ladies ever leave this location I will drive the extra mile to the...
