I made an order. They made it and I asked if I could actually change it so that I can add my reward. They said hold on let me check. (Handed me the drink) then came back and said well since I handed the drink to you I can’t do anything. I could have drove away and said screw you…. I didn’t though and payed the 12 $( figuring that when I reach out to owners/corporate they would compensate me in some way for this experience.) since I have literally been coming here 1 time a week for a while my 2.5 year old son loves here….. well when I spoke with them they ended up in a nutshell telling me and my wife we are in the wrong. And that the workers did everything right….. Newsflash customers always right if you wanna keep their business. Long story short he gave us our 2$ reward back that expired and did nothing else to compensate for our time wasted talking to him or the fact that any other business would dump their product back into the blender and add my stuff into I legit held the drink out the window thee entire time….. Dropped in around 10:20 today because my last drive-thru order was botched and I figured I'd walk in and clear it up in person. Let me start by saying—food’s still solid. The shakes, the bowls—top-tier. No complaints there.
But the service today? Rough. Felt like I walked into the middle of a stressed-out teenager takeover. Nobody greeted me. No eye contact. Just a general vibe like I was interrupting something. Read moreNo consistency! Your chances of getting a good one are less than 1 in 5. I always get the Island Impact. The last 2 were drinks, not smoothies. No thickness. The two before that had no flavor. All ice. The one I got today is the worst one...loaded with ice chunks and pieces of fruit. Some comes through the straw and I have to chew/crunch it and some block the straw. Need measuring spoons/cups and a timer for how long to blend it. I have 5 out of 5 bad ones now.
