Read moreI ordered 4 subs on the app at around 5:10 on 10/26/2021, app said sandwiches would be ready at 5:30, went in to pick up sandwiches at 5:30 and guy asked me if it was a pickup I said yes. He told me it would be a minute because he was helping someone, I was cool with that because I could see he was alone, in the meantime people were coming in asking if I was in line, I said no I was waiting for a pickup order so they could get in line. Guy got done with the lady in line and said who’s next and started working on their sandwich’s when I was there first and had ordered online 30 minutes prior, when I said excuse me sir but I’m supposed to have a pickup he told me I’d have to wait till he was done. Read moreI have never been more disappointed in the service of Subway in my entire life. I am 7 months pregnant and I only get a 15 minute break. I haven’t eaten anything all day and due to my baby’s heart abnormality, I cannot wear a mask because it’s harder for me to breath, making my baby’s heart pump faster which is why I go to Subway because their sign says “masks are requested.” It does NOT say required. I go in to every other place just fine (including subways and once I explain it’s doctors orders that I do not wear a mask because it runs mine and my unborn baby’s heart beat through the roof). I was denied service because I’m unable to wear a mask even though there was nobody else in the store and I could have easily been served.
