What a horrible experience. I’ll never go back. Are the workers here abused or something? I stood there in an empty shop staring and waving at all 3 of them for 8 minutes before any of them would make eye contact with me. They had marked my online order as ready to pick up but they didn’t even start cooking it until I said I was there to pick it up. I watched them make my food, as slow as molasses, for 20 full minutes. I just stood there and watched while they pretended I wasn’t there. And I watched them mess up my order and then give me someone else’s food when I brought up the mistake. In the end the fries were undercooked, the corn was a total waste of money, and the wings were okay. There were 3 kinds of wings and they only gave me 6 of one kind when I ordered and paid for 8. A total waste of too much time and money. I hope the workers and their manager get some training so they can at least learn how to be decent to customers. The GM told me NO because she made it herself. I’m not driving back when it’s pretty far from where I live then the rest of the food will be cold, not as enjoyable like it should be. As soon as I walked in, I wasn’t greeted—just met with blank stares from the staff. Before even entering, I tried calling to place an order, but no one ever picked up. I was put on hold, and no one came back. When I asked the staff about it, they responded with, “What you mean? We busy.” Mind you, I was the only customer in the store. One staff member was literally sitting down on her personal phone with headphones in, clearly on a call. Even after I pointed it out, she stayed on the phone like I didn’t say anything.
