Horrible experience!! We go here often and usually the food is at most 4 star on the random occasion they actually cook the food correctly and put the amount of food it states in the description. Today it was HORRIFFIC. If I was with my significant other when the food was given I would have walked in and returned every bit of it. He ordered me the grilled Cobb zalad. He got himself and my 3 year old daughter the 6 piece fingerz meal. After going through the drive thru he waited over 15 minutes for the food while they served about 10 cars of people and sent them on their way. Once it finally came out he was ready to come home and eat without checking the food. Upon arriving home once the meals were opened I was shocked at how badly everything was. There meals had the smallest most over cooked pieces of chicken with bare minimum fries and burnt toast, and I’m not sure I can even call it chicken because most of it was over cooked fried pieces with soggy fries. My Cobb salad had the boiled egg, 3 bite size pieces of grilled chicken, 2 cucumbers, and a couple of tomatoes. The rest of the toppings weren’t on there and what was on there was so minimal. Not to mention the 3 small pieces of the grilled chicken were clearly undercooked. Extremely disappointed as this is a place we will go for a quick bite on a busy day. I chose to take the 3 bites of chicken I had in my salad out to avoid food poisoning. It’s about time to call the corporate office on this location. The people that have had a positive experience consider yourself lucky. We used to live in Brandon and NEVER had a bad experience with...
Read moreHi, this was my first experience at any Zaxbys and I was told was good but this was great from the taste to the portion size and the perfect part was the chicken was moist and tasty and the fries where a little well done, just the way I like them but without under cooking and making them til they still are crispy just to perfection. This location is in Florida, it just went up we saw the face of the old Pariot, right to perfection and the inside decor is very warm and inviting, I can not wait to try one of the filling hearty salads, that are some good looking salads they have on the menu, they are looking very healthy and tasty as well, I'm very happy not much fast style food can compare to this, great job to the higher cutting things but there's no trouble coming into play in the middle of a year like this. So if you want to try it for the first time or second from earlier on any other spot this was very, very the top on my list and again this food is straight up good. So go by there and try out what ever you like and you will like it here also, lol. They need more varieties of sauces, for dipping or spreading on the bread or chicken, boring flavors that's easy to make better, I just try to tell them in the order to add sauces and all will be perfect, thank you, Howard ( I do not work for this...
Read moreSlow, dirty and very underwhelming. I’m from Georgia and moving to Tampa Bay meant giving up my weekly Zaxby’s, until the one on Ulmerton opened and now this one. I worked at a Zaxby’s from high school through college and it’s mind blowing that 10 years later, I know the menu better than the cashier. It seems like this store needs a ton more training. In the time we were there, approximately 40 minutes, and not one person came out to clean tables, restock the drink station(out of lids, straws, napkins, and ketchup). The drive thru remained wrapped around the building and the employees never once looked as though they cared enough to rush or try to get anything back on track. The fries were gross(you could tell the oil needs to be changed) and the food just wasn’t up to the quality you’re used to getting with Zaxby’s. This is the third time I’ve tried this new store and being somewhat new is not a good enough excuse for the bad name this place is giving the company. If you’re not ready to be open, close for training and then try again. Or maybe check out PDQ cuz they got it going on and that makes me feel like a traitor...
